Sushi Tei Vietnam (Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai) — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Terrible service. No understanding of food sequencing when a party orders together. 4 people get their food while 2 people wait 45 minutes for theirs. The two people order the same bowl of ramen and it comes out 20 minutes apart. A spicy roll is ordered and one hour later still does not come out. Waitress writes down an extra bowl of ramen we didnt order—we tried to be nice and take it and pay for it anyway. Five staff members standing around staring at the ceiling. Atmosphere is nice, everything else requires a complete overhaul of staff and understanding of running a restaurant. Spoke to person in charge and it still takes 15 minutes to resolve the bill. Despite all this, the person in charge doesn’t even understand that it is a further injury to ask how many hand tissues were used. Unbelievably...

Service is too bad. I feel very annoying that orders are taken by one person who stands at the gate, then propagated to other waiters with very high chance they will forget your order. Plus, a lot of things on the menu are reworked, leading to inconsistency between the menu and real dish (what you order is not what shown on the menu). If you dont believe me, try ordering soba. Terrible chain of service, probably the worst i have ever seen from a sushi restaurant. The restaurant is spacious but also uselessly decorated. Menu is put on QR code, which is stupid given that sushi is all about seeing the images and then ordering it I uploaded all the menu to google map to save you the time. However, try yo avoid this restaurant if you dont want to experience a retarded...

We came here for lunch on a Sunday, it seems to be overcrowded, although it didn't look like. We ordered very simple meals + drinks (ice water and orange juice); nothing came until more than 30 min later, seemed like the waitress forgot to enter our order in the system. Of the order, there was mistake on 2 dishes, upon came out instead of ramen etc... we waited for quite long for everything to come... We order ice cream for dessert but again it took very long, how can ice cream take long to serve...? we cancelled it finally so that we could pay to leave...

And the payment took again long to process...

The whole restaurant was a mess really; is it due to Sunday lunch etc...we didn't have pleasant...
