AYA Homestay — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

It was a rainny evening, I was looking for a room. I called the host to ask for the car parking lot. He said the parking lot is 90 meters far from their hotel. After the call, I decided to book a room on Agoda (non-refund). Then I call him to confirm about the booking. Surprisingly, he told me the one he told me is Huynh Khuong Ning branch, not the one I booked in Agoda. OMG,....it's already 9-10PM, and raining, I talked to him a lot. His name is "Thanh Dinh", this is the name on Zalo, I honestly say that this is not a guy for doing hotel service, very bad in understanding customers, try to argue with customer. In general, I am very disappointed with the service. With that mindset, I dont believe he can serve customers well, not only with car issue, but...

A very nice place with beautiful decoration and good facilities. It's located in an ideal quiet neighborhood that is best for resting. Totally worth staying, I would say.

Although the lady that keeps the house doesn't speak English at all but she can bring the intimate atmosphere to us just by a warm smile (she always does that smile). Very friendly. If you need to know anything, you can ask the owner by messaging her, she's also kind and helpful, too.

😊: Location. 😢: They didn’t say that mineral water in the room will be charged and I had to pay 10,000 dong per bottle. It’s OK. But the last day I open one more 500ml bottle and they charged me 15,000 dong. Just small money but...
