Luxy Park Hotel & Apartments -Notre Dame — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL. They canceled our booking at check-in.

The hotel initially confirmed our booking at our arrival, even gave us our room number. But because we came before the check in time, they told us our room would be ready in few hours.

As we came back to the hotel in the afternoon, they suddenly claimed that they’d never received our booking and that the receptionist earlier wasn’t trained properly to read booking.

We called Agoda and the company confirmed money was deposited into the hotel’s account.

Eventually, we received our refund but don’t waste your time with this hotel. It might be cheap but will cost you some valuable time to deal with...

The place is centrally located providing equidistal access to the city.

The hotel is however located in a small lane making it inaccessible to taxis, so make sure you call the hotel just before you reach for them to be able to send their porter to the main road to assist you with your luggage.

Our room was on the higher floor giving us the advantage of a good view of the city from one of the windows.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I would say pretty spacious for the price.

Loved the place and the service. The room is perfect. Has a separate living area with a microwave, fridge, TV and basic cooking amenities. The bedroom has a comfortable bed for two. The room has an attached bath which is clean and spacious.

Special call-out to the two guys manning the front desk - Tung and Keith! I had forgotten my phone in the cab, however they helped to get in touch with Grab and followed it themselves. Got my phone back the next morning.
