3 stars earned for the quality of food which was very good when we visited which was early evening.. staff were attentive and pretty good... but the ordering system is terrible .. why all of a sudden tablets are used for ordering I just dont get .. its not customer centric at all and a great breeding ground to transfer Covid passing a tablet used by everyone. When you summarise your order or make changes it disappears off the screen but doesnt change in behind the screen you see, so you end up with food you dont want and not what you do want. The software is so buggy its pathetic and then the staff freak out because they get blamed... management and or owners... you have a serious issue affecting your customers experience and its very poor... throw your ordering system in the rubbish, its not good. Just had lunch here and it was a terrible experience. As we walked up to the restaurant door n one smiled and welcomed us. The way theyy looked at us made us feel extremely unwelcome. The restaurant was extremely hot and when I asked if they had a fan or could turn on the ac they didn't respond and didn't turn it on.The menu was missing items and we were told some dishes would take too long to cook so they didn't want to make them. We had to settle for food we didn't really want. For a million plus price tag I am throughly disappointed and will never ever go there again or recommend this hovel to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves for their disrespectful attitude and customer service. Disgusting from start...

My favourite Japanese restaurant for years. The food is still great. Sashimi dishes are top-notch, fresh and way better than others.

Unfortunately, they lifted up the prices but the service went down to below average. One staff rushed me to finish a disk because another disk was done and she needed to bring it to our table. Another staff tricked us to install their app for one extra dish but then disappeared. When I asked, other staffs seemed to be annoyed and they had no idea about that promotion. No big deal, but unprofessional as hell.
