Mille Mille: Where Artistic Croissants Meet Lab-Inspired Coffee Culture
🥐 A Croissant Wonderland
Mille Mille redefines the traditional croissant experience with a dazzling array of colors, textures, and flavors. This is not just a bakery—it’s a patisserie gallery. • Visually Distinct Pastries: From classic buttery croissants to vivid black (possibly charcoal or cocoa) and bold red (likely raspberry or beetroot-infused) varieties, each pastry is a visual delight. The layering is impeccable, with pronounced lamination showing the expertise behind each bake. • Signature Toppings & Fillings: • A green disc marks what could be a matcha- or pistachio-infused croissant. • A croissant with chocolate sticks suggests a refined twist on the pain au chocolat. • There’s even a savory offering topped with pork floss and seaweed, merging Asian flavors with European form. • Others are drizzled with yellow cream and crumbs, possibly lemon curd or saffron cream with crumble topping.
The diversity speaks not just to visual flair but a culinary curiosity that bridges global flavors and textures.

☕ Precision Coffee with a Lab Aesthetic
Mille Mille doesn’t stop at croissants—their coffee presentation echoes a modern laboratory setup: • Glass beakers and sleek vessels are used to serve iced lattes and signature drinks, with an emphasis on visual layering and foam separation. • The use of minimalist, matte cups and saucers for hot drinks like cappuccinos aligns with the clean, modern aesthetic of the café. • The cappuccino foam is perfectly dense and creamy, dusted lightly with chocolate or cinnamon—showing the attention to detail in even the classics.
Together, these touches deliver a tactile and visual experience that feels measured, crafted, and cutting-edge.

🧇 Liege Waffles: A Textural Companion
Another standout offering is their Liege-style waffle—golden, ridged, and likely sugar-crusted for crunch and chew. It’s a lighter sidekick to their buttery croissants but carries its own charm with structural integrity and inviting warmth.

🏛️ A Bold and Elegant Space
Anchoring the atmosphere is a giant sculptural croissant suspended above the dining area—a whimsical and confident statement that blends art with appetite. The modern interior—featuring clean grays, warm lighting, and the glowing “mille mille” signage—sets a calm yet innovative tone.

Read moreGood decorations and beautiful pastries. But got an issue when I ordered. I would like to try two kinds of croissants with one drink. The counter asked me if I have already find a table or not. But I went there by myself only, and there were full actually. So I said I didn’t have a table yet. How long I should wait? She said I have to wait around 40mins. Sounds a reasonable time so I said no problem I can wait. Then she finished my order and ready to gave me my receipt, her colleague told her one of my croissant was sold out. I understood so I asked her to cancel. It’s really not a big deal because they have so much more people at store. But after I got my seat ( I’m only one person so i only waited for 10mins) and they served mine. I saw that they began to refill the croissant. And really funny things is one of the bread is what I wanted to order at the beginning. It’s only past around 20-30mins after I ordered. They still have the pastry but the counter and her colleagues didn’t know? If I really need to wait 40mins. It supposed to have enough time to refill and gave one to me.
Anyway they still have good things I really impressed is they didn’t have a person can speak English well, I think it’s my problem that I can’t understand Vietnamese. But the person who take me to the seat is really nice. She knew I can’t understand so she use translator to help me. I felt nice about the action. Very...
