I haven't even left the restaurant yet and needed to write this review because we just arrived in Hue on an overnight train from Hanoi, were starving and had our minds set in Clam Noodles. Neither of us have had it before but knew it was a must have while in Hue. The restaurant, like all good restaurants here, is in the front driveway/common area of the family home. No menu, 2 raised fingers, and 2 glorious bowls later and we are both happy. The locals coming and going nonstop, plus Grab drivers is a good sign, and they close by 11:30.
