Today I visited this place for lunch. Most of the food we ordered was very nice, and the atmosphere is also good. In fact, I believe there are not many places in Nha Trang with such a pleasant atmosphere.

However, I had a very disappointing experience with one dish - oyster with fried egg, which is a very simple and popular Thai dish. When it was served, the egg was clearly overcooked. I tried to explain this to the staff, but they insisted it was correct. Finally, I asked to speak with the person who cooked it. After some discussion, they agreed to remake the dish.

But when it came back, it was exactly the same - just one egg and bean sprouts changed. It felt like no effort was made to correct the mistake. This was quite surprising and disappointing, because the cost of this dish is very small compared to the reputation of the restaurant.

I’m leaving this review not because I don’t recommend this place, but because I believe reputation and respect for guests are much more valuable than trying to defend one poorly...

Update: Today, two days after the incident, I returned to the restaurant to address this serious issue with them. Instead of showing any concern or offering an apology, I was met with arrogance and mockery. The staff laughed at me, and the person who appeared to be the manager was outright dismissive.

Rather than acknowledging the possibility of a problem, she accused me of lying and completely disregarded my experience. She coldly stated that she would only believe me if I provided a hospital bill, as if my suffering and the clear symptoms of food poisoning meant nothing. Fire Thai Food!

Man, this place is legit. Pulled up with some friends and ordered tom yum, shrimp, and fried rice—everything was straight-up delicious. The tom yum had that perfect kick, the shrimp was fresh, and the fried rice was just chef’s kiss.

Service was super chill, staff was friendly, and they got the food out pretty quick. Also, big shoutout to the clean toilet—some places slack on that, but not here.
