Golden Rain — Hotel in Nha Trang City

I don`t even know where to start. In general hotel was ok, so- so I would say, but I strongly dont recommend to stay there. ||1)Stuff speaks very limited English, this hotel is good only fo Russians, because owner speaks very good Russian but does not speak any English. ||2)This hotel doesnt have central AC, only in the room. So, if u are in the lobby, it is kind of hot, though there are some fans. ||3)AC in my room was right above my bad and blowing right on me!, i was sick all the time because of that. 4)Yes, there is GYM, but again, there is no AC and it gets really hot in there. 5)The elivator is really horrible, so slow, it takes forewer to get on the floor u need. ||6)WI FI is REALLY SLOW, of course it is free, no one will pay for that crap wi fi ||7)on the web site i read that amenities include bath robe, so it does not!!! When i went to the lobby to ask for bath robe and complain, stuff couldnt understand what i really need, until I pointed on the web site. After that they called the owner and he didnt find any better excuse than to say, " we used to have bath robes before, but now we dont, and it is incorrect informatin, we need to take it out web site", I need to say he didnt look sorry or appologetic,and I answered that u know, so far U gave ME incorrect information and all u need to say is SORRY, dont give me some BS excuses. Of course i am sure they will never take bath robes out of amenities list.... And it is not like I really need one, but the fact is - i dont like feeling of being ripped off.||8) And one more thing -there are no separate shampoo and shower gel. When we just arrived, it was told that shampoo and shower gel is 2 in 1. [--]! it was just liquid soap, ok - ok, maybe shower gel, but definatly not shampoo. I stayedin cheapest motels, and even there were provided shampoo and shower gel. ||So, I am not sure this hotel deserves even 3 stars. Breakfast is ok. The hotel...

Звук из коридора, хлопанье дверей соседями - все слышно так, как будто это происходит в номере. Окна коридора выходят на улицу, 7 утра бибиканье и шум. Розетки в неудобных местах - в туалете (на уровне глаз примерно) и прям в изголовье кровати, т.е. Одна из подушек прям закрывает розетки и выключатели, спать с зарядкой не получится. Кипятили чайник, ставя его на кровать. Потом психанул день на третий, начал двигать мебель у стен, оказалось, что была еще одна розетка, закрытая столом, задвигать не стали, пользовались ей. Завтраки достаточно разнообразные, есть что поесть. В ванной-туалете нет центральной вентиляции, только окно на улицу (а там 40 градусов жары). Про затирку на швах плитки строители не слышали, по этому вся плитка лежит встык. Из ВСЕХ швов плитки вылазит черная каемка-плесень. Если закрыть дверь в туалет, то секунд через 30 начинает откровенно вонять плесенью как овощехранилище. Номер поменять нам отказались. С самого начала не работал кондиционер, на первый день сами пытались разобраться с настройками, потом 2 дня нам пытались это настроить-починить, на третий - заменили кондиционер и началась комфортная температура в номере (последнюю ночь пришлось спать с открытым окном, где на улице ночью +28 и кажется прохладой, по сравнению с номером). На верхней террасе есть комната со штангой, гантелями, скамьей и сайклом, но там нереально заниматься, т.к. Днем там всегда солнце, а вечером духота, рядом маленький бассейн, от которого оооочень воняет хлоркой, вода (для меня) холодная. Последние дня 3 до вылета из внутренних дворов (куда у нас выходили окна, которые не очень глушат звук) просто с утра и до ночи гавкала собака и орали какие-то дети. Диспенсер для мыла был сломан, поменяли наверное через неделю, а мыло было налито в пластиковую бутылку от воды. В какие-то дни было слышно, как из соседней гостиницы долбят басы от вечеринки, до часа ночи, в какие-то дни стояли здоровенные колонки около магазина одежды и тоже фигачила музыка и басы часов до 11 вечера, в номере все это очень...

The best thing about this hotel apart from the super friendly staff were the rooms. The one I got on the top floor was sunny spacious, with a balcony and with great views. I was close too the pool on the roof which suited me.||||The shower was an interesting feature as the head of shower was aimed at the wall across from the shower and had tendency too want too flood the bathroom. There was something written in Russian in the bathroom that may have explained this.||||There was good choice for breakfast and ample too eat.||||There is a happy hour bar just down the street, and if you want a haircut their is a guy that can do that for you just ten meters...
