La Mancha — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

I am sat in La Mancha as I write. I have eaten breakfast here for the last 3 mornings and have been satisfied to leave a tip each time. However this morning the service has been terrible. When I arrived there was only one more table occupied by a couple and the waitresses were sat at another table eating and talking. I was brought the wrong breakfast which was then taken to the other table and then they got served MY breakfast. The knife and fork was not brought. I had to ask for some milk for my coffee and then I had to ask for some water for the coffee. Each time I had to shout for a waitress. They all seemed to go to the far end of the bar to continue their chatting. Then the coffee would not percolate so I had to send it back. I was told the coffee was no good today. I was brought a substitute, but again I had to ask for a hot water top up as my small cup was only a quarter full. On asking for a second cup I waited 20 minutes again. I am sat finishing that cup and I have taken the time to report my discontent here. I'm wondering what might happen when I'm presented...

리뷰도 좋고 사진 보니깐 맛있어 보여서 들어갔는데 테이블 앉을려고 하니깐 종업원이 다른 테이블을 가르키면서 저 테이블에 앉으면 15% 세일 해준 다는거에요 의자도 높고 불편해도 사진으로 봤을때 음식도 맛있어 보이고 15% 세일 까지 해준다고 해서 테이블에 앉았죠 음식이랑 맥주 시켰는데 음식도 늦게 나오고 맥주가 너무 안나오길래 물어보니 까먹었더라고요 미안하다며 맥주를 주더라고요 3분에 2정도 마셨나 부르지도 않았는데 종업원이 오더니 맥주 시키라고 다먹지도 않았는데 빨리 먹고 나가라는 얘기인지 기분 나빠서 계산하고 갈려고 하니깐 영수증 보니깐 정상 금액으로 나와서 물어보니 15% 얘기한적이 없다고 시치미를 떼더라고요 분명 15% 세일 해준다고 하지 않았냐 그런말 한적 없다고 하더라고요 함께간 친구랑 저는 사기 당한 기분이었어요 빌지에다 돈넣으면서 펜으로 영수증에다 이렇게 썼어요 15% 안해줘도 먹고 갈려고 했는데 다신 이런식으로 장사 하지 말라고 썼어요 음식은 솔직히 별로 였어요 다신 가고 싶지 않은 곳이네요 The reviews were good and the photos looked good, so I went in. I was going to sit on the table. When the staff pointed me to another table and said, "If you sit on that table, you get a 15 percent discount. Even though it's high and uncomfortable, the food looks delicious and you get a 15 percent sale, so I sat on the table. I ordered some food and beer, but it was too late. So I forgot. I said I'm sorry. I gave him a beer. I didn't call him for two minutes, but the waiter came and said, "I didn't want him to finish it, but I didn't want him to eat it. I didn't want to go fast." When I came out of the normal amount, he said, "I didn't buy it with a 15 percent of my friend. I put money on the bill, and I used a pen to write it on the receipt. I was going to eat it if you didn't give me 15 percent, but I wrote, "Don't do business like this again." The food was, frankly, not much. It's a place I don't want...

Just moved to a new location, but still with the same menu. One of the few places in Nha Trang with good Western food. You can never go wrong with their chorizo dishes, leg of lamb and spinach feta empanadas. Tasty cocktails and large selection of wines, too.
