Horrible mac and cheese! As a foodie, I know what mac and cheese should taste and look like.
First, we said we'd dine in, but they gave it to us in a paper cup. I know it was microwaved because it was extremely hot, and the mac and cheese was too dry. I asked for bacon, expecting tidbits, but it was dry bacon cut into large pieces. I couldn't enjoy it—it was just dry. Despite it being expensive, I had to finish it because I don't like wasting food.
Plus, check your receipt. They might overcharge by 5-10,000 dong.
Let's do the math here: I ordered a Classic Mac (Small) but was charged 85k, plus bacon 35k, Vegan Mac for 55k, with mushrooms for 25k. Then she discount it with 30k Total bill: 170k
However, the actual price for the Small Classic Mac is 55K, topped with bacon is 30k, Vegan Mac is 55K topped with mushroom 20k Total: 160k
I didnt calculate it while eating but I notice that the mushroom was 25k so I asked for refund. She gave 5k back. However, it should be 10k.
These people may tend to scam you if they don't make their POS right.

Everything was yellow, cute and clean. The guy greeted me nicely and handed me the warm meal. There was a little misunderstanding while ordering so I got an extra bowl (that I didn't order). As someone who has had delicious vegan versions of this dish at home and at restaurants across Asia, I was sorely disappointed. The sauce was grainy and mealy. While it did offer a cheesy flavor, it completely missed the mark with the texture. Simply put, it wasn't good. A positive note was that the shop was very nicely decorated and had a good atmosphere, and the service was nice as well.
I hate leaving less than 4-5 star reviews but I am writing this in hopes that it can promote better execution of the vegan version of the dish and so that vegans can be aware of what the current dish is like at the shop.
