Decent Pho. Tried both beef and chicken Pho and beef one was much better. Chicken Pho tasted like there was quite a lot of soup powder which I really dislike in Pho. The beef one was good and the meat was quite tender and juicy. Could wish for more meat but won't complain. Noodles were way way too soft and they were almost falling apart in my mouth. Revenu 2 ans après. Le patron a vendu son restaurant, la qualité s'en ressent. Je n'y reviens plus même si une serveuse très professionnelle est toujours là. Le patron a trouvé le bon positionnement pour son restaurant où la saveur, la qualité, l'hygiène sont réunies. La salle intérieure est climatisée maintenant (et toujours propre). Après avoir essayé les Phở de Nha Trang, quand je veux manger un phở, je vais exclusivement au Phúc Long pour le thố đá đặc biệt (130k). C'est cher par rapport au phở Hạnh Phúc et phở Hồng mais on paie la qualité, la propreté, la tranquillité (pas de problèmes intestinaux) et le confort (le prix des autres phở est similaire à celui pratiqué par la concurrence et le prix du thố đá 'normal' est celui du restaurant Hạnh Phúc, 75k). J'ai été au Phở Viet Nam le 19/06/23, rue Phạm Hồng Thái à Ho chi minh ville, un restaurant cité dans le Bib Michelin 2023. Je peux assurer que le phở thố đá Phúc Long est meilleur.
