Pizza 4P's Sheraton Nha Trang — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

I think my experience can be summed up as: I was expecting more.

Let’s start with the positives: • Great staff – The front-end team is fantastic. They speak English well (probably other languages too), and they’re attentive, fast, and polite. • High-quality standards – The concept, design, kitchen, and employees all reflect a clear commitment to quality, which I really appreciate. • Top-notch ingredients – You can tell the restaurant values fresh, high-quality ingredients. • Pasta straws – A big thumbs-up for this! Anything is better than paper straws.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Now, the negatives: • Pizza without tomato base – The pizza was good, but I was surprised that many didn’t have a tomato base. I understand the concept of Italian pizza, but even in Italy, these types of pizzas aren’t that common. • Bland starter – The potatoes with bacon and cheese fondue were extremely bland, saved only by the fondue itself. • Closed-off kitchen – One thing I love about this restaurant is the open kitchen concept, but on the day of my visit, the curtains were shut. That completely defeats the purpose—why have an open kitchen if you’re going to close it off? • Unruly customers – Unfortunately, one of the biggest downsides was the other diners. It always amazes me how impolite people can be. Many foreign visitors (whether European, Russian, Asian, Jewish, Indian…) seem to act entitled, and I don’t understand why. The Vietnamese are incredibly warm when treated with respect and kindness. • Uncontrolled kids – This was the biggest issue. Some parents let their children run wild, turning the restaurant into what felt like a kindergarten. It’s hard to maintain a high standard when the atmosphere is so chaotic.

We googled this place and it showed a 4.9, it’s absolutely a 5!

From the amazing service, you’re never left unattended, they do such a good job. The drinks then appys, followed by the delicious food. Anyone that travels in Asia, knows this is not always the case, the food in order lol.

Now the food, all we can say is wow! Best Italian food we have had in Vietnam, and basically in Canada too.

From the starters, amazing! Main course, absolutely killed it. Dessert, it just doesn’t not stop impressing. I also need to add everything is made from scratch, all sourced or made in house. Really impressed!

The ambiance, we sat in front of the kitchen which was a really cool experience. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Everyone knew exactly where they needed to be. The quality control on every dish leaving the kitchen was superb.

There is a lot of other cool spots to sit in, we decided this one. The place is packed, recommend reservations if going around 6. We went at 430, still was 2/3 full.

Overall, this place is a gem, the nail every aspect of food and service.

We ordered a lot, and it was 1.3vnd. So really not bad, not for the service and quality we received.

This is definitely on my new favourite restaurant list, as they have multiples around the globe.

This is my first time going to 4PS Pizza and I heard many good things about this place and all the things I heard are true. This was a very delightful meal with a very nice view outside looking out at the beach and all the cars going by. It was fun to watch cars because they kept making crazy turns I really like the pizza they had and it did taste like a real Neapolitan pizza for me and was comparable to the one in Naples so I’m very happy to have that in Vietnam and it was at a very affordable price as well. Will be going back again soon and definitely one more time before I leave NHA TRANG

We ended up coming here one more time because it was so good. I got the margarita once again as well as my family tried the crab pasta and they liked it a lot. It was very good. It was a big creamy decent, but he still really enjoyed a lot even after that I got a pizza to go because it was so good And while I was waiting, I swear on the beach so in total before leading Nang, I went and got three pizzas from this location very pleased with the service as well. Very kind like I mentioned before and they make such good pizza I 100% recommend coming here if that is not already apparent...
