Aigue-Marine French Bistro by Hidden Gem — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

Could not have had a more perfect meal than at this lovely restaurant! After walking for an hour in the heat to go to the night market just down the road, we stopped in for dinner at this beautifully air conditioned restaurant.

We started with a couple of cocktails and shared the pappadelle with chicken, mushrooms and bacon in creamy sauce as an entre, then had the rib-eye steak and filet mignon along with a lovely Aussie shiraz. Everything was delicious, the pasta tasted home-made and the steaks were cooked beautifully. We were also brought a huge garden salad and chocolate fondant free of charge.

Whilst the food was amazing, it was outshone only by the incredible service from our very kind and attentive waitress. She made our night truly special and we are so grateful to her for helping us with a taxi later on in the night.

Could not recommend this restaurant more highly, especially if you want to escape the busyness of the night market and the main street.

Cute french-style restaurant tucked away in a corner near the night market. Super nice waitresses and staff who gave smiles all the way through - I even got a free cake for my birthday! I went with family, we got 3 3-course dinner sets and I’d recommend their chicken salad and grilled squid starters. Totally worth it, especially when their prices are super reasonable for french cuisine. Came out to about 1mil Vietnamese Dongs for 3 full course meals, would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for something cute and nice. We reserved the indoor table for 12 of us and dined at this restaurant, and we were all thoroughly impressed. The restaurant has good decorations. The food display is excellent and creates a nice visually appealing presentation. The food itself was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by Thao. She was attentive to every detail, even noticing when we felt a bit warm and promptly bringing out a fan. Especially thank you Thao for the good service.
