Comment from Hong Kong Visitor. The environment is nice. The Manager will turn on the fans for visitors and I do recommend bringing your own portable electric fan as Vietnam is so hot in the mid of the day. We ordered chicken fried rice, fresh spring rolls with pork, Tom Yum Soup, Grilled Spawn with butter and Garlic. Tom Yum Soup and the spawn are highly recommended dishes as it is so delicious. Fried rice is also tasty. The spring rolls required sauce to elevate the overall flavour as the original taste is light without sauce. Vietnam iced coffee with milk is highly recommended, the passion fruit juice and orange juice is fresh and rich in taste. I also ordered the banana fried pancake in the breakfast menu, the banana pancake is pan fried in golden brown colour with sugar caramelised and serve together with chocolate syrup , must try items for breakfast or dessert for kids and/or couple. Eye catching and tasty dishes. I think the restaurant is run by the family. The manager is very nice and politely...
Read moreGreat little restaurant! Owners, workers were super friendly and very accommodating! When we went, there were 4 others tables that were full. So they were busy so the service was just a little slow but they were working very hard and as fast as they could. Food was great! They even brought out fruit as the end of the meal for free. Our youngest daughter (who isn't the best eater in the world-she's very picky) was not cooperating and was crying and the owner was concerned that she didn't like the food and was willing to make it again or something else for her. Very nice! And the prices were very reasonable. They were so much cheaper than anywhere else we went and they had lots of variety - western food, Vietnamese seafood, Vietnamese traditional dishes like pho and others. Try this place out. You...
Read moreThe food here was simply not good. Pork skewers were served severely under done and had to be sent back. The so called Honey Grilled Ribs were tough and only seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled. Pork skewers and ribs were served with your standard Thai sweet chili sauce you buy in the supermarket. The garlic green beans were pretty bland as well. I splurged on a lobster (900,000vnd) As I have worked in kitchens and hotels my entire working life, I’m63, the lobster was frozen and thawed to put out on display. It was salty and had that telltale fishy taste common to frozen lobster. I should have known better than to order it. Anyway save your money. As you can see when you look through the reviews. All the good ones are from mostly “local guides” probably solicited. Any way save your money. I...
