People will more likely report a bad experience than a good one. Perhaps this was a hole 4-7 months ago (see other reviews), but after a week in the country, this has yet to be surpassed.

Each protein (red and white meats, fish, shellfish, snails, frog, chitterlings) has a selection of simple authentic seasonings (garlic, lemongrass, chilli salt..). It is insanely affordable, as are the drinks.
