Large restaurant, Mango salad & Fried Rice seafood (both VND 150K) were okay/edible, but with little "content" in the rice (smallest seafood parts, nothing nicely arranged) and the salad was also not very lush for the price. Really nothing special, not as authentic as hoped, rather very tourist-style, so we felt it there. Looking back on a week on site actually the worst (most normal, boring) dinner we had, in addition more expensive than in other places. You can do that, but if you really want to experience authenticity, maybe better go somewhere else. Service was okay so far, but felt more focused on regular customers (?), who also ate with us in the restaurant. Perhaps a very subjective snapshot, but such a thing is never very pleasant, because we are definitely not "unpleasant" guests. Conclusion: Nothing for us and...

The food is nice and delicious. We ordered food- 2 sea food plates for me and fish for my BF. I got my first and secod plate (clams were not cleaned properlly and wefe full of sand- you could even see the sand in the shells), however the fish still did not arrived. 45 min later we finally managed to get someones attention to ask about the dish. Yes- they forgot it. No problem, things happens. We asked for an other round of drinks and menu for me so we both can finally eat togheter.

We also got promo code from google which staff refused to validate as we did not want to rate them on Tripadvisor ( promo did not say that).

Waste of time, money and nerves. I would much rather pay more than have this sad...

I don’t really understand how this restaurant got a 4 ish rating. We ate there in 3. Service extremely poor, took long time until someone reacted. Menu cards really dirty and destroyed. Food came in big time gaps, we were not able to eat together. But that did not matter because we all did not eat much. The beef was tough and uneatable. The Tuna had a funky taste and was much overcooked (looks see Foto 😞) even the fries (sold as potatoes) were without taste. All that in an Neon lighted dirty environment with a strange smell (dirt). When we addressed our unhappiness there was no reaction. We did not argue and paid the most expensive bill during our stay in Phu Quoc. Never ever again and I hope this rating helps other people to avoid this...
