We spent our honey moon here. I know this place from watching Anywhere Man on youtube and totally love it. The alley is suitable for small-medium car only and is in the high ground so it wont get flooded in heavy rain. When we come there is no one in the front desk, a little bit sas but I understand because she(the boss) has emergency case. I love the surrounded garden, beautiful flowers and bees, all the step that come from low to high, fresh air. The room is cosy and comfortable, the bathroom is so beautiful and it is designed natutural, the room have strict but clearly rules about the price of food and drink, and how much you will pay if you broke something, my advice dont broke anything here. There is a safe for you to place precious thing here. The employees in here is very friendly and will answer all your question nicely, they also provide us tour with cheaper price than company tour. Bycycle are free for use, you can also rent a bike here (price is reasonable), The kitchen have good food in the morning you should try there. In conclusion, I love the place, and the next time our big family come to Phu Quoc we...
Read moreWhat a cozy and enjoyable stay! Staff was very kind and helpful from the get-go. Room was clean and was just like the photos. Air-conditioning was great in the room, though bathroom can get a bit hot as the AC isn't connected to it. Occasional bugs in between the stones of the shower, but we aren't too fussed. They make the bed and refresh towels everyday, but they don't clean/replace the sheets. There's a 150Kvnd/24hr bike rental which was a blast, and many tours to book through front desk. Great location, near lots of food; both western and local, as well as many beaches in front of the resort that you can relax on without having to pay. We never saw mosquitoes in the room, but even then, they have mosquito nets that surround the bed to protect from bugs at night which was lovely. There are occasional animals (dogs, chickens) that walk around the road up to the resort often, but they have never been aggressive and tend to shy away from you. Overall I recommend this place and thanks so much to staff for a great week...
Read moreSupposed to stay for 4days 3nights but we checked out earlier as we weren’t comfortable. The bedsheets are stained and dirty. There are so many ants and mosquitoes in the toilet. We don’t feel safe to shower at night as there’s open space on top where people could hide and peek from the outside. Staff can’t really communicate in English and there’s no phone in the room for room service. This place could be dangerous for girls to stay as the so called “Resort” is hidden and not directly facing the road or beach so you have to walk through the small alley (not accessible by car) with stray dogs around at night. To my surprise, they don’t switch on the lights at all, so we have to walk back to our room in the dark by turning on our phone’s flashlight. Swimming pool is small and dirty. The resort ran out of electricity in one of the hot afternoon , the staff tried explaining but we couldn’t understand him. Yes, the price is cheap but please stay at...
