I was just at Runam with my children at 9:50 PM. Before that, we had watched the show 'Kiss of the Sea' and then wanted to grab a small bite at RuNam. We entered the restaurant. There was a free table, so we sat down, but no one served us. It seemed like everyone was already off-duty and no one wanted to work any extra. When I then addressed the staff in Vietnamese, asking if they were still open, a staff member confirmed that they were. I also mentioned that my children had been standing in front of the cake display for 5 minutes already and no one was able to serve us. Still, no service was provided. I said we were leaving, and there was no apology. This is the worst service I've experienced on Phu Quoc."

My daughter even told me that she made eye contact with a server who then continued to ignore her to keep cleaning the machines. That’s when I said, 'We’re leaving now if we’re not going to receive service.' We then left the restaurant, and I informed the staff at the door that no service was provided, and I left angrily."
