Upon arrival, we were immediately captivated by the enchanting melodies of two exceptional singers and guitarists. After settling in, we opted to order cocktails, which were reasonably priced at 169,000 VND. While the pricing may have been slightly excessive, we refrained from letting this minor inconvenience overshadow our enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, we were not provided with menus upon arrival, and after a ten-minute wait, we were forced to request one, which fell short of expectations in terms of service. Despite this setback, we remained determined to make the most of our dining experience and I was reluctant to let the service hiccup ruin my drinking spree - onwards and upwards. Each of us ordered a salad, and while the carbonara initially appeared to be priced at a premium, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the dish. After savoring the delectable flavors, we concluded that the price was reasonable for the exceptional taste and presentation. I was enchanted by the food and munched on the juicy, flavourful dinner. The ambiance of the bar and restaurant was lively and vibrant and after the live music finished we had some upbeat electronic disc jockey music and bopped our heads whilst we drank, ate, smoked and played cards. If you visit this establishment, you will be immersed in a fun and lively ambiance, with the soothing sound of the sea massaging your ears and providing a calming backdrop. The neon lighting creates an electrifying atmosphere that is further enhanced by the vibrant energy of the patrons. I highly recommend indulging in the delectable cuisine and experiencing the unforgettable atmosphere. I would to add that this place is LGBTABCDEF (where does it end!) friendly and POC friendly. Rhodesian lovers stay away!

Read moreBeautiful venue, terrible experience. Not sure it was the waiter’s fault, though, so if you’re interested:
I arrived and sat at a table laid with cutlery. And waited. And waited. And eventually asked someone for a menu. They brought a cocktail menu. I asked for a food menu. They went off and came back with a food menu. I decided to treat myself to one of the more expensive shrimp dishes, the menu picture looked like two huge prawns and it was served with mash (?) and vegetables. I asked for a glass of wine. They had to bring a whole other menu for wine - even though there are only two choices by glass. I then waited around 6-7 minutes for a glass of wine and a small bottle of water?! Please understand, the bar was NOT busy. 7 tables. Even if you are making cocktails for 7 tables, one bottle of water and one glass of wine can be made and sent quickly, so it should be.
While waiting for my food they started pumping dry ice smoke out in front of my table!?! At 8.50pm!!
And I waited 30 minutes for my food. Not normally a problem, except again, not one other table was eating; I finished my wine and was not offered another before the food arrived; when it eventually arrived it was six tiny prawns on skewers and the vegetables and mash potato was STONE COLD. How?! I also had no napkins and was not given a finger bowl to clean my fingers after pulling the prawns off the skewers, so I was just kinda gross when I finished.
I’d had enough, I’d eaten all the prawns and abandoned the vegetables and had run out of wine so I asked for the bill. They brought me a glass of napkins.
All this cost me VND400.000. Admittedly wine is expensive in Vietnam but even with that in account, the experience was WAY more pricey than it was worth.
Maybe drop by for one cocktail, but...
Read moreGenuinely, the worst "service" I've had in all my years in SE Asia. Like, laughably bad.
Ordered drinks (four beers, all the same) when we first sat down, and then waited fifteen minutes for them. After asking, they arrived ten minutes later, and were just left on the table. We asked for them to be opened and received a few puzzled looks.
Ordered food, turned up in stages, and then they'd missed a dish off the order. Reordered it, and asked for some Tabasco sauce.
Asked four times in total for Tabasco...never arrived.
"Missing" dish eventually turned up after we'd all eaten. Asked for some soy & fresh chilli, it was like we'd asked if they could catapult an elephant over the moon.
Food was average at best, none of the sauces ever turned up, and the music was that loud that not one of us could hear the other speak (it was 8pm).
The "manager" came to speak to us after we asked if the music could be lowered a little, with us being one of only four tables in there, three of whom had moved tables to get away from the speakers. The answer was "No, cannot" with regards to the music, and then just lots of "I'm not the actual manager" excuses.
I'd genuinely rather pay 20k more per beer for them to invest in some proper staff, who actually gave a toss about the customer.
After 20+ years in hospitality, I honestly wonder how the place is even still operating. Completely shambolic service in a venue that could be...
