Bơ restaurant & coffee — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

During our 3 week stay in Vietnam my spouse and I came across Bo’ Restaurant. We were greeted by a wonderful waitress who surpassed my expectations every time we came to visit. During our first visit she recommended the Vietnamese crepe as it is a traditional Vietnamese dish. This dish was so delicious. She also recommended her Beef pho as she claimed it was one of her specialties. We told her we would come back the following evening to try it out. The next day we came in for a late dinner and she immediately recognized us and told us she had one bowl of beef pho left and saved it for us! We were at the end of our 3 week stay in Vietnam and my spouse and I both agree this was the BEST beef pho we had our whole trip. To top it off, I asked her if they had a blended coffee drink on their menu as other restaurants nearby had them on their menu. She said it’s not on the menu but she would be happy to make one for me. That should definitely be added to their menu as it was excellent as well. Walked in and was instantly greeted with a genuine smile.

The space is open and clean.

The service was fantastic and friendly.

I had the duck banh xeo.

It was INCREDIBLE. Strongly recommend. They have a vegetarian option that looks delectable as well.

The duck was tender and juicy and had a hint of lemongrass flavour. The meat was perfectly seasoned. The crepe was crispy and not at all oily, which is hard to accomplish. The greens were fresh and the sauce was wonderful. They even gave me plastic gloves to eat it with.

I had no shame and ate it with monstrous gusto/shamelessly enjoyed every bite.

The Singapore Sling was good too!

Strongly recommend eating here. Wish I had more time to try other dishes. Everything looked and smelled fantastic. Truly a place with pride and care.

Also: Bonus - There were outlets with shelves to charge your phone above the tables along the wall. It was ideal to recharge before headed to the airport.

This is an incredible little eatery that nobody should miss. The family that runs the place is so sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and a cool escape from the heat. But most importantly the food is incredible. We have been here twice and ordered very different cuisine each time, and they have smashed it out of the park every time. The spaghetti Bolognese was freshly made with hearty ingredients and packed full of flavour. The calamari was so tender (ordered it with chips and vinegar)and it just hit the craving spot. The seafood fried rice was delicious and they include the crispy rice for texture, which we always love. The pork rib special was fall off the bone soft and so tasty.
