Venice Cafe — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

I stayed at Venice Hotel for 5 days and Wow , Wow, Wow!! I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough. Breakfast was gorgeous , great coffee, tasty selection of foods, rooms were beautiful and views are to die for. For me the most important part, was the staff their service was fantastic! They arranged a few surprises for my birthday, i will cherish these memories forever. The staff remembered me every morning , welcoming me and checking everything was alright throughout my stay. Lil was fantastic at breakfast. He spoke great english. A group of staff who deserve the biggest Tip. I was so sad to leave Venice Hotel. If your looking to relax, unwind, knowing your in good hands. This is the hotel for you. I hope to stay again. Absolutely loved my time here and it was all for the staff. Great, friendly people who just want to see u smile....

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed and very comfortable. What truly made our experience special was the staff — every single one of them was kind, friendly, reliable, and incredibly polite.

I didn’t request any birthday surprise for my husband since we were checking out that morning, but the team went above and beyond by preparing a lovely latte and cake during breakfast, complete with a birthday song. They did it simply by noticing his birth date on the passport during check-in. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day even more memorable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and genuine...

I was here second time :) I sit always at terace, because of atmosphere and music around. They have very Nice decoration fór photo etc.

First Visit I had Egg Coffee - very Nice, strong taste of coffee and cacao and Summer in Venice - pandan and aloe Vera, lime - soft drink, just green, fresh with chunks of aloe vera ;)

Second time I had Mango Coffee - its was just amazing, kind of desert - coffee, mango puree - like puding, mango chunks and white Egg cream with Ice.

Service was very Nice, humble, smiling girls and a good level of English fór communication. My service girl was Vi - tiny, humble girl with big heart :) She asked for five stars, but Venice Café and her just deserved It :) Thank you for Nice...
