Loop Jacuzzi Bar — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

This place is absolutely dishonest and unprofessional. They charged a 15% service and tax fee but never mentioned it before the payment. The menu only shows 5%, and the extra 10% is hidden under some vague term “prevailing tax.” Do they think customers are idiots?

When I asked about the bill, the staff couldn’t even calculate it correctly — they didn’t even know there was an extra 10% charge! The hookah price wasn’t even listed on the menu, and when I asked, they said it was 550,000 VND without clarifying that it was before tax.

When I asked to see the actual receipt, instead of showing it right away, they stood there discussing among themselves for ages — totally wasting my time. I asked for the boss to come out and explain, but they said he wasn’t there. Then when the boss finally showed up, he rudely said, “So what’s your problem now?”

What kind of service attitude is that? This is not how you treat customers. The music was also ridiculously loud — it literally hurt my ears — and one of the female staff refused to turn it down. What’s wrong with you people? Do you think all your customers have hearing problems and need blasting music to enjoy?

Terrible service, misleading pricing, and rude staff. Never...

We came here before in January we had such a great time we didn’t need to pay tickets just to watch the show (but )

But this time we try to get in they have this happy hour buy one get one free drink

They said buy one get one free drink only apply for one person which is fair But we had 2 elderly person come with us this time and they don’t want to drink alcohol And we asked can just 2 person buy the drink and the other 2 can just get some water or something they said they also have to buy beer and drink also We do not wants to buy 8 drink just to stay there

We came back to phu qouc to this place And unfortunately had to walk away and the restaurant was empty

Also if you like to stay when the show happens you also have to pay 150k per person to watch the show when you can watch the show for free at b&b mart balcony

I think with this rules they going to loose a lot of customers

We would love to stay here and have a good time but unfortunately had to walk away and won’t be back if they still apply with this rules

The drink is already way too expensive and it’s unreasonable to charge people to watch the show when they already spend a lot of drink already

The restaurant is located next to the beach, the view is quite nice but 1 star because of the rudeness of a female employee. We didn't know so we went into the restaurant area and were chased out. Then we went down to the beach and she continued to chase us away with the excuse that the beach was public but without a ticket we couldn't enter and stuff. We don't understand if this is a public area or Sun Group's, the security didn't remind us, why was it an employee's turn to remind us. It was terrible because of her attitude.
