Du thuyền Nautilus — Attraction in Kiên Giang Province

Horrible experience and way too overpriced. Some amenities were not available (inflatable slide) and the whole experience was so long and filled with many empty moments (it was so long that it seemed a borderline hostage situation). The food was cold and not good. We got served the wrong main course too. Every dish would come out every 30 minutes. They took the appetisers away before everybody got on the dining deck and we had to ask them to bring them back. We wanted two glasses of wine but they only sold the bottle for 60USD, so we said no. After a few minutes a couple asked for glasses of wine, et voilà, they were told okay. Also, incredibly dirty boat. The crew was sleeping on the sofas where we were supposed to wait before going snorkelling. Not professional at all. The snorkelling area was tiny and nothing special. Don’t waste your money here. The sunset cruise was a truely fabulous evening. The top deck was setup with dressed tables so everyone could see the view. The food and service was 5 star, we even had a violinist which was the icing on the cake.

The organisation on shore is chaotic putting it politely. Charging for toilet paper on shore for what is a luxury cruise is stupid. But bear with it and the cruise makes it all worth while.

Also worth pointing out the fireworks where a smaller display by the boat. Not the main kissing bridge display which was 90...

Dịch vụ ko tương xứng với giá tiền . Mình đã kỳ vọng với số tiền bỏ ra sẽ nhận đc dịch vụ tốt hơn . Thuyền có cung cấp đồ ăn uống nhẹ nhưng ko thấy bảo j khách , khách phải ra hỏi mà thái độ cũng chả nhiệt tình . Đồ ăn thì quá bình thường, nhạt nhẽo ( chắc đầu bếp quên bỏ muối hay thế nào ? ). Mình chỉ ăn có hai món khai vị và dessert còn lại món chính gần như bỏ hết. Trên gói dịch vụ có nghe đàn violong nhưng mà đợi mãi ko thấy phải hỏi lại nhân viên thì đc trả lời là đổi sang DJ vì đàn của nhạc sĩ violong bị hỏng ( ko có lời thông báo cũng ko có lời xin lỗi ??? ) , trang trí trên thuyền cũng rất sơ sài cũng chả có ông già nôen , bắn pháo hoa mà chắc là pháo sáng chứ gió thổi dẹo dẹo sang 1 bên . Nói chung là ko hề xứng đáng với giá tiền bỏ ra , sẽ ko bao h dùng dịch vụ của tàu này nữa .Trên fb với review toàn seeding , toàn tung ảnh đẹp cho lắm để ng ta kì vọng .
