The worst restaurant we came across in Vietnam. I ordered chicken together with my boyfriend. One in teryaki sauce (120,000) and the other in Japanese (190,000), plus two beers + extra rice (we didn't get any rice despite repeatedly saying in English that we wanted it, the boy from the service didn't understand the word "rice"). My boyfriend got 4 pieces of chicken, including two with only veins. The dish contained maybe 50 grams of chicken. Additionally, lettuce itself (dry). My dish was a little bigger but very fatty and the meat was undercooked! ! Raw inside (it was some kind of breaded chicken). After one piece I stopped eating. The addition was a few lettuce leaves and two pieces of tomato. This is a joke. I understand that restaurants want to make money off tourists, but here they laugh in our face for a lot of money (for Vietnam). I don't recommend this. We wanted to order hot pot but luckily it was not available. 17 euros wasted.
one guy from the service who understood a little English and was nice and smiling - that's the only plus for...
Read moreThis is for the Sorrento store only: We might be the unlucky ones, but on 5 Jan 25 when we were at the restaurant, 60% menu items were “sold out” at 6.30pm. We asked why, they said they’re planning to change menu, hence no stock to serve most of dishes on the menu. If we were told at the start of the arrival, we could have made a more informed decision about staying on. The food service was slow, for an empty restaurant. Took 20 mins before the first beer was serviced. Sashimi arrived at 30 mins mark. Salmon sashimi was clearly frozen, as it’s icy in the centre. Scallops sashimi were defrosted and unfresh, tasted extremely fishy and bitter. Teriyaki beef don was small and average. Eel was chewy. I can’t comment on the dishes we didn’t order, but based on our food experience, I can’t give the restaurant 5 star like everyone else did. I’m still puzzled by their...
Read moreI had high hopes for this restaurant because it has high rating in Google, but unfortunately, this was one of the most underwhelming dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Despite the promising menu, almost every aspect of the meal fell flat.
We had chicken tartar and pork cutlet and felt so disappointed appearance and taste wise.
We visited around 4 pm and the temperature inside the restaurant was so hot. They don’t have their fans/ac turned on! Almost felt we were having early dinner in hell.
Lastly, had to mention the servers don’t speak english/cant...
