My wife ordered egg sandwich.. It's just so-so, nothing special. Just two sunny side egg served with a bread and a small piece of veggies. I however ordered sauteed beef pho, which i expect to taste like kwetiau (some rice noodle dish that popular in my country), but it turns out very different. The taste is great, the noodles texture is very light and smooth to chew. Spice is light but very delicious to my liking. It served with a small bowl of soy sauce. I add it on a side of the plate, it gives different taste but I also like it. So I keed one side of the plate original and original with soy sauce. Very satisfying! The portion also quite generous. A pretty good spot for a hot soup on a cold day. We had the vegetarian and chicken pho (50k) for lunch. There was a good amount of chicken in my soup and the broth was tasty, not bad for the price but not the tastiest we’ve had. We did go back for dinner as we knew the standard though, and the owner was great in organising takeaway dishes for us to eat bun cha (60k) back at the hotel which was greatly appreciated! Great food! We can't believe we found this place. We didn't wanted a crawed and touristic place, and found this one. It was empty but we decided to take a risk. The food is amazing, we had the best fried noodles (pho xao) withs vegetables. To be honest, it was the most healthy dish we got so far. Brocolis, tomato, mushrooms, so complete!
