Our stay at Hello SaPa was truly delightful. The room was incredibly neat, clean, and spacious, perfect for three people with two comfortable double beds. It was equipped with all the essentials: ambient lighting, night lamps, chairs, a table, AC, TV, mini fridge, and an electric kettle with complimentary tea, coffee, and water. The large windows let in ample sunlight, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless and fully stocked with toiletries, including towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, a shaving kit, cotton buds, and even a comb.
A special mention goes to Mia, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite arriving early in the morning when all rooms were occupied, she graciously offered her room and washroom for us to freshen up and even lit the fireplace to keep us warm in the chilly weather. Mia also provided excellent guidance about nearby attractions and communicated fluently in English. Her politeness and hospitality were commendable.
Breakfast was a highlight, with a set menu offering delicious options. We chose the rice noodle soup, which was flavorful and perfect for the cold weather. The complementary ginger tea was a comforting touch, along with fruits, cakes, breads, coffee, and water.
Overall, Hello SaPa exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, cozy accommodations, and delightful breakfast. A must-visit if...
Read moreWe had a wonderful stay at Hello Sapa Hotel. Mia the manager, makes you feel like home. She was waiting for us already at 6am in the morning and directly offered a hot ginger tea, took so much time to give hints on what to do in Sapa. We could even check in early in the morning without extra payment. Furthermore, she upgraded us to a family room. Additionally, she organized scooters for us, helped with organization of tickets and most important she went with us to the police station since we lost a passport. You really cannot believe what a kind and lovely person she is, always with a smile on her face and tries to help where she can. I would always recommend her and hello Sapa hotel to everyone. The rooms are also nice and super clean. The hotel is very close to the lake and the main restaurants in the city. There is an elevator available and for breakfast you can choose between different dishes, she is preparing fresh, and plenty of fruits. The banana cake was definitely also a must try 😊 Thanks again to you Mia for your kindness. I also checked the reviews which are not 5 stars and most/all of them are from the time before Mia started renting the hotel. She told us, that this was just a...
