Went to a local restaurant recommended by my hotel’s receptionist. Really glad we came here, away from the touristy hotpot spot!

We ordered the black chicken hotpot, the chicken is so sweet! The herbal soup was delicious too! The boss was so kind to teach us how to eat the hotpot in sequence, the tofu first and then how long to cook the chicken for. He even help us for the first round.
