1/5 Stars This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at Nando’s. The entire visit was a disaster, from the service to the food quality—and the aftermath was even worse. Here’s what went wrong: Wrong Order and Poor Service: I ordered food for 18 Poeple but what I received was completely wrong. When I tried to address it, the staff seemed annoyed and dismissive. It took forever to get my food, and even then, it wasn’t what I ordered. Horrendous Hygiene Practices: I witnessed one of the kitchen staff drop food on the floor, only to pick it up, reheat it, and serve it. I can’t even begin to describe how disgusting and unacceptable this is. It’s a blatant health and safety issue. Rude and Angry Chef: The chef was visibly upset, slamming things around and yelling at the staff. This behavior created such a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere that it ruined any enjoyment of the meal. Subpar Food Quality: When the food finally arrived, it was a disaster. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and flavorless, while the sides were cold and stale. It was obvious that no effort went into preparing or presenting the food properly. Dirty Restaurant: The tables were filthy, and the floor was littered with crumbs and spills. The overall cleanliness of the place was appalling. The Aftermath: To top it all off, I woke up the next day with explosive diarrhea, likely from the poorly handled and reheated food. It was an absolutely miserable experience that no one should have to endure.

Ordered a vegetarian halloumi wrap. The cashier mixed it up for a chicken wrap which was brought to us. We then explained the mistake kindly to the waitress who was nice and very understanding and she reordered. Our halloumi wrap then came and the portion size was 4 times smaller then the chicken wrap. Just because we are vegetarian does not mean we eat less… i mean just add in some more veggies or halloumi to substitute the chicken… to see your portion size diminished like that for the same price is a joke. I will try to upload a photo as it was seriously cheeky. One could eat it in one bite. When mentioning the above to the manager the cashier then accused of us lying about the “vegetarian order” which she mixed up… managed to get a refund but seriously. In short: Filthy and Disgusting meets poor service. Certainly not the Nandos Brand you know.

In Long: we went to Nandos for its known PiriPiri sauce and delicious chicken. None was there. Just a bunch of lazy staffers who forgot our order for 45 minutes. Look, I had low expectations to begin with - but making me feel like an idiot for waiting patiently for my food (why didn’t you remind us?”) is plain rude or vulgar.
