They sold me spoiled chicken breasts that were packages as if they were new! When I spoke to them about the issue the next day, the butcher was in denial, saying that it is impossible, even though I showed him the meat and he agreed it had a bad smell. The manager said I should've returned it the same day. Well, you don't have to use whatever you buy the same day, do you? I used to buy from them for more than a year, will not buy from them ever again. Very bad handling of the situation...

📍 Посетила супермаркет «Парма» на улице Пушкина, обратив особое внимание на кондитерский отдел. Ассортимент был довольно широк: представлены как десерты из слоёного теста, так и на бисквитной основе — с ягодами, лимоном, ванилью, шоколадом и другими вкусами.

🍰 Первый раз выбрала классический «Наполеон» среднего размера, прямоугольной формы. Упакован он был в стандартную коробку без ложечки или других дополнительных принадлежностей.

🧊 Десерты находились в витрине, но определить уровень охлаждения было сложно. Отдел располагался прямо рядом с печью 🔥, поэтому в зоне было довольно тепло, и сам «Наполеон» оказался несильно охлаждённым — а для меня это важный момент при дегустации подобных десертов.

🥐 🤔 На месте выпекался хачапури, и его аромат слегка отвлекал от выбора сладкой выпечки.

👀 Визуально «Наполеон» выглядел обычно. Слоёная структура была равномерно пропечённой, но вкус оказался без глубины ❌️. Слои почти не были пропитаны кремом, из-за чего десерт показался сухим ❌️. 😕 Вкус, текстур и количества крема не впечатлили — создавалось ощущение, что он приготовлен из сахарной пудры и маргарина, без утончённости.

📌 Вывод: ✅ Десерт был свежим, обслуживание — нормальным, но особого впечатления «Наполеон» не оставил.

Второй раз взяли трюфели. Плотная масса с мелкими орехами и лёгкими нотками алкоголя. Сытные, в меру сладкие🍫.
