FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AT TIME SUPERMARKET
I recently had an extremely disappointing visit to Time Supermarket, which I feel compelled to share. My experience was marred by multiple issues that left me thoroughly unsatisfied.
First and foremost, I encountered an incorrect price on one of the products I intended to purchase. As a customer, I expect the prices displayed on the shelves to accurately reflect what I'm actually charged at the checkout. It's frustrating and unfair to be surprised with a higher price than anticipated.
Furthermore, the checkout service I received was absolutely horrendous. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect in a customer-facing role. The entire process was slow and disorganized, adding unnecessary time and frustration to what should have been a simple transaction.
To compound matters, I encountered products that were not properly labeled with their prices. This lack of transparency is not only inconvenient but also raises questions about the integrity of the supermarket's pricing practices. Customers should never be left guessing about the cost of items they wish to purchase.
I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues promptly. Customers deserve accurate pricing, efficient service, and clear price displays. Unless there are significant improvements, I'm afraid I'll have to reconsider whether I'll continue to patronize this establishment.

Read moreWill give it 0 stars if I could to both hygiene and customer service. One staff told me that bean sprouts were buy one get one free. However when I was at the check out, the check out lady couldn't speak english and spoke to her colleague in Mandarin asking if she should be selling it as the special today "buy one get one free because it isn't coming up on their computer system". Her colleague told her to sell it for "FULL PRICE if she (customer/me) doesn't know". They didn't know I could speak mandarin. I immediately corrected her. The staff then said oh well if she knows then I guess you can give it to her for the special price. (???????didn't know you could cheat a customer like that)
Their meat area is also extremely dirty, with their butcher coughing everywhere without a mask onto the meat. Some products on the shelf were also expired, so check for expiry dates!
Agreed with other reviewers, it is not the customers responsibility to put away our own shopping basket. When I didn't the lady at the counter gave me the annoyed look.

Read moreI recently bought 500gms of frozen chicken sausages and I don’t very often shop here but it was on my way so decided to go for some stuffs and they charged me $16.99 for 500gm of chicken sausage and the receipt says 600gm and the rest is written in Chinese. For real, who charge $16.99 for 500gm of chicken sausage? And the receipt says 600gm. I’m too far to go and get a refund this is totally fraud. You need to write a price of a product not charge a customer $16.99 for 500gm of sausages stating 600gm in a receipt what a rip off and the attitude of the cashier they don’t even say thank you.
