Élever Property Group — Attraction in Brisbane City

Google reviews aren’t my fortè, but this experience warrants one - and we don’t know how else to get through to these people. This agency is the definition of LAZY. They outright refuse to answer phone calls about inspection times or how to apply.

The whole experience screams: “We don’t want to deal with people”. Anytime you call through to this place it involves being put on hold by a receptionist which follows a “sorry, they’re not available, I can pass on a message.” I understand that agents would be busy, but we’re only asking to speak with someone briefly who can help us out.

It’s lazy, it’s rude, and it makes an already ridiculously stressful Brisbane market feel 10 times worse for tenants like us. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I wouldn’t want to know how they treat their property owners.

There’s been a few houses of interest which are advertised by the same 2 agents each time, but given their incompetence, my partner and I have had to just cancel this agency out entirely from our search and only bother with other agencies who help out.

It seems I’m not the only one who had a poor time dealing with these people based on the other reviews. Don’t know who is in charge of this place but it needs some serious work.

She is very supportive, understanding, considerate and has always gone above and beyond in ensuring that my experience as her tenant has been comfortable and relaxing knowing that I am able to reach out to her with a request and know that it will be sorted.

To be honest I could go on and on about Elever so I’ll finish the review with this. Elever Should be your best choice in property management, either as a property owner or a tenant. I highly recommend them and should the day arrive I would have to re-lease another property, I would want nothing more than to have Elever continue to be the real estate I am looked after...

I had high expectations based on this agency’s positive reviews, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. A property was advertised online, yet despite multiple attempts over the entire listed period, I couldn’t get in touch with either of the two agents responsible. Reception offered daily excuses, but no one ever followed up.

Not a single inspection was conducted, and then suddenly the listing was taken down with a message stating someone had been approved. This came without any communication, leaving those of us genuinely interested completely in the dark. I find it hard to believe I was the only one trying to enquire about the property.

All the agency had to do was indicate that an application was pending—either by informing callers or clearly marking it on the online listing. That simple courtesy would have saved time and frustration, and shown at least a basic level of respect for prospective tenants. Instead, people were strung along with zero transparency.

This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the real estate industry and does a disservice to the many dedicated agents who actually value client communication. If I could give zero...
