Bougainvillea House — Attraction in Brisbane City

We chose Bougainvillea House as the reception venue for our wedding and could not be happier! The evening ran exactly as planned - it was everything we dreamt of. The venue was set-up exactly as we had hoped for, the service on the night was spot on, the food was delicious, drinks flowing non-stop... not to mention the breathtaking views! The staff were very accommodating, agreeing to extend our booking last minute as we were having so much fun on the dance floor! They even ensured sparklers were ready for our guests to use to line the path as we left, organising for a buggy to drive us to our hotel at the end of the night. We had our wedding at Bougainvillea House. The staff were amazing from the booking process through to the final touches of the day. Lauren (incredible) our event coordinator was in contact with us regularly keeping us updated and providing suggestions of what we should do. John (fantastic) managed the night and was behind the scene keeping everything perfect. The weather was atrocious - storms everywhere, but the staff kept everyone dry and comfortable. What an absolutely wonderful venue and location. We enjoyed our nieces wedding there last night And was soo impressed with the who function. The cocktail food was delicious, generous in portion size, and so many different tastes. There were plenty of staff who were very friendly and efficient. Special mention to one though, for her great attitude, attention to who was drinking what and checking if you needed a top up or a water.
