I admit this is the only shopping centre with high end stores in Brisbane, wish there will be more competitors. Generally they have a good presentation and service, here to share my personal experience which was not as pleasant:I was informed by centre management will contact me after my email complaint. After the courtesy email, never get reply to my follow up emails.

Email communication with their customer service; 27-10-17. Hi dear Queensplaza:

I had an awful experience tonight with your plaza ( at 7:50pm, 27/10/17). I have a Grand Turismo, therefore was a bit curious when I saw a display Ghibli parked in front of David Jones, there was a random guy hopped off the car (which was normal for a displayed car), discussing something with his friend and left. There was nothing around the car nor on the car indicating no touch or no sit in. I then picked something up from Mecca, walked back to the car, no one was around, car was not locked. I sat in looking at the interiors.

A man in pink shirt walked towards me and shout me out, he shouted and waived with him palm upwards, " out, out, out". I immediately jumped out thought it was his car.

He said "it's not for you to sit in, you gonna pay if this is damaged" , instead of " sorry , it's our fault to leave the car unlocked, it's mean to be locked to keep people out at this time"

Such a disgraceful moment, I believe Queens plaza trying hard to maintain high standard of services, please treat this seriously.

I am looking forward to the follow up.

Regards,

Michelle

28-10-17 Hi Michelle,

Thank-you for your feedback, I'm sorry this has happened to you in our centre. This incident has been escalated to centre management and QueensPlaza's Operations Manager will be in touch with you on Monday.

I had a coffee at the upper floor chocolate cafe. The one near Alannah Hill dress shop. A well to do retiree couple sat near me who probably had access to government records and jealous of my multinational resume, husband waved his table number 15 at me like a Phllipino prostitute. I drank my coffee and when I got up to leave I said, "Did you know that 15 is an unlucky number? When a brothel owner is thinking of choosing a new lady, this is how many men he introduces her to in the first week" The woman let out an uncomfortable shrill like Betsy in the old Foghorn Leghorn Warner Bros Cartoon. The husband shuddered with discomfort. I left. I have been to many shopping malls all around the world. This one is like an Upper Middle. You don't see many retailers with garments in the upper thousand dollars range like Nordstrom or George's. The foot traffic is slower into the designer stores like Alannah's compared to other Australian cities. Some of the designers used to be avante guard and riske like Scalan & Theodore but have tampered down a bit. Labels I browse and have occasionally bought, which are absent include Baby Phat, (Dispute Russell's tribulation if he were in another country or in biblical times where Mary Jesus's mother gave birth at 13 years old it wouldn't be a problem) Abercrombie & Fitch, and Valentino. And other labels you might...

QueensPlaza is an asset to Brisbane City and the state of Queensland due to the ample parking, beautiful fashion stores and the variety of lunch options. With 5 levels of parking it sets the standard that every new building should have. The car park can get full around midday so book online or arrive before 9:30am to avoid disappointment. Also, avoid leaving between 4:30pm-6pm Mon-Thurs unless you're not in a hurry to leave. The car park can get hot, so park on the upper levels and close to the lifts if you have health issues. They do have disabled parking near the lifts. Don't be in a hurry to park or exit parking as it can startle people. Parking assistance is available via push button intercom at parking entry and exit gates. However, sometimes they are not available, so be prepared by visiting the QueensPlaza parking website, ensure your credit card works and don't lose your gate ticket. There is a payment station on at least one of the parking levels to the right of the lifts as you exit, but you can pay on exit. They have 3 lifts with one accessible from outside entry outside of hours. There is always a nice aroma upon exiting the lifts on Ground level and continues if you walk inside past the shops. Unfortunately, there is some graffiti scratched into one of the lift doors. Overall, it is a pleasant...

A very plush shopping centre. Less the sort of place to go for anything practical (though there is a Coles) and more the place for a day of window shopping with the girls. Be warned: the shops tend towards the expensive side - Burberry, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton and more posh little boutiques than you can shake a diamond-encrusted stick at. That said, the food court on the bottom floor tends to be a bit more raucous. Situated on a line between Central station and the Queen Street Mall a lot of people seem to cut through the Plaza and many of them seem to stop to have lunch. This is unsurprising - there are a number tasty and healthy options and it's always clean. This is one part of the shopping centre that isn't too expensive. As you go up the levels the Plaza gets quieter and there is an awful lot of marble, glass and beautiful shiny things in the decor. It's a great place to wear your fanciest stilettos and maybe sit in the nice chocolate and coffee shop overlooking the mall.

It's not often I am shocked by cutomer service standards by staff. But to witness what one of your so called Prestige Tenants did to a customer yesterday, when she was not happy with the standard of her nails and she refused to pay, goes below Queens Plaza prestigious standards and far more. Whilst I don't condone someone refusing to pay, what they did to this customer was unacceptable. They dragged her back into the nail salon, by the arms, and slapped her across the face, and closed the doors, holding her in the nail salon. Until your Centre Security arrived. For what? $60? They assaulted a young, well dressed female customer in front of everyone, which in itself was appalling to witness. Their tenancy should be voided. This is not up to Queens Plaza Standards as a Tenant, Not for the Prestige of the surroundings tenants. The staff should be appalled in the manner in which they handled this young girl. In the least, Look at re-branding their Nail salon to, "UnProfessioNail"

Who's got the looks? Who's got the brains? Who's got everything? I've got this pain in my heart, that's all Hey you, with the long hair, lonely face Well, there's gotta be somethin' else Let me tell you somethin' else There was a girl who passed me by She gave a smile but I was shy And I looked down, so down Don't look down, no, no Go, go underground And now there's a place to go It's the morning, now it's the evening It's everything I click my heels and I'm there Underground, underground Everything's heavy underground (Underground) You been kicked around?
