editing in response to a request for what could be improved. - that one time they allowed a guy to shamelessly waltz in and sell MIDJOURNEY AI GENERATED ART (come on he had his discord open right there). thankfully he is gone and i haven't seen anything similar since. please keep it that way. - the flooring on the upper level (particularly around iplay, strike, and fridays) needs to be fixed sooner because the unevenness where the pavement is broken is not only disorienting but a tripping hazard. - the bathrooms are not the best maintained. both bathroom taps in the chinese food court area on the upper level persistently output hot water only, making it impossible to comfortably wash hands. very painful please fix - furthermore, the sensor on the left tap (same place) is faulty and sometimes it stays flowing. is an inconvenience when it drips on the floor. - many of the soap dispensers are empty/not working and have remained such for weeks. - some of the cubicles have no hook OR shelf to place belongings while doing bathroom action so the only resort is floor, lap, or back—or not even the latter when brown action. - there should be more roofing on the upper level so it's not as hard for people to get around on rainy or extremely harsh sunlight days - too many of the painful "speed" bumps in the parking lot that hurt no matter how fast or slow you drive over them. this (and the parking experience overall) is why i bus here honestly though these are nitpicks that don't ruin the complete experience at westfield carousel but could enhance it greatly if they were taken care of. at this point i retain my 4 stars. original review below: ah dang this is a beeg place i go here too often. mostly to play arcade rhythm game lmao but tbh have an explore and you’ll probably find something you want. be careful of sketchies because this is the most popular shopping mall SOR so stay safe and cautious. shop, watch movie, eat, play, sleep, repeat :P hard to go wrong here.

I am writting to express my disappointment regarding a negative customer service experience I had at Westfield Carousel on 9 Feb 2025 at around 4 PM. I visited the center to purchase a $300 Westfield gift card, which totaled $302.90 with the service fee. When I proceeded to pay, I was informed that transactions over $100 required a PIN. Since I was using my husband's credit card and did not have the PIN, I asked if I could make three separate tap payments of $100 each and pay the remaining $2.90 in cash. Michelle, the staff member assisting me, appeared visibly annoyed and impatiently told me that I would still need to enter a PIN because one of the payment was $102.90. When I tried to explain my request again, she responded rudely, saying, “Don’t you know the PIN for your credit card?” I found this response unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand that security measures are in place, but there was no need for her dismissive attitude. A simple and polite explanation that split payments were not allowed would have sufficed. At this point, I was frustrated and asked her directly why she was giving me such an attitude. I then explained that I was using my husband's card and did not know the PIN. Michelle continued to insist that my situation appeared suspicious. In the end, I called my husband to get the PIN and asked another staff member to assist me with the purchase instead. If no other staff had been available, I would have chosen not to complete my purchase at all. I strongly urge you to re-train your staff on proper customer service etiquette. Customers should be treated with respect and patience, regardless of the situation. I hope the necessary action is taken to ensure a better shopping experience for others in the future. Thank you for your time.

I went to Westfield Carousel today around 11.10-11.20 am. and when I drove out of the car park around 1.10 pm. I got park fee for 35$, I don't want cars behind me to wait so I pay and find parking to connect customer service so I went back in the car park again and contacted the customer service she said she can refund me for 30$ but because I paid by card so it's gonna take a while for money to transfer back. So I was okay about that BUT when I was about to get out again the gate wants me to pay for the fee again for 5$ just to remind you the second time I got in and going out of the car park was less than 30 minutes so I press the button to contact the person at first the gate is opening so I was driving out but suddenly the gate shut down again so I reversed and there was someone in the gate paying thing so I told her that I was here just about 20 minutes, she asked me for the plate number and told me that the parking isn't free, but it's gonna be free for this time but next time I have to pay. My question is why I got 35$ parking fee at first and I couldn't go out of the par and re enter the parking again?
