I honestly wish I didn't have to give such a low score, as I've loved my experience at other San Churro locations.
We ordered 2 Regular Size Lattes, Churros for 2, and a Kids Churro using the app to deliver to our table. They gave us our drinks about 10 minutes or so after we ordered. They were both the wrong sizes. We paid for regular, they gave us smalls. We got this corrected.
After 20 minutes of ordering my husband decides to go ask them if the food would be long as our daughter was getting antsy about the wait. They apologized and said they'd get on it. About 5 or so minutes later they gave us our stuff in takeaway containers.... Churros were SO hard, and because they put the chocolate in a paper container the chocolate started cooling and sticking to the sides on the container, which made eating it annoying...
The biggest issue? They substituted by daughter's sprinkles with NUTS. I would just like to point out what a dangerous practice that is in general.. regardless if you run out of sprinkles. We weren't notified about the switch from the get go, and weren't asked if she had a nut allergy. Thank goodness she does NOT. I am hoping that this doesn't happen to someone with a severe nut allergy. They were apologetic and gave her gummies to say sorry to her, which made our daughter happy, at least.
Overall didn't have a great experience. I gave 2 stars because the employees were nice, and the coffee was good. Wouldn't be back based off the bad quality of the...

I had a truly horrible experience at San Churro today and feel compelled to share it.
I visited with my 3-year-old daughter in the afternoon. The place was mostly empty, so I helped my daughter sit at a table close to the counter and went to order her an ice cream and a coffee for myself. While I was ordering, a woman suddenly rushed over holding a table number and claimed that the table we were sitting at was hers. She pointed at my daughter and insisted she had already ordered and that the churros on the table were hers.
The staff member then looked at me and asked, "Did you sit at that table?" I said yes, as I didn’t recall seeing a number or anyone at the table. His attitude was cold and accusatory, as if I had done something wrong on purpose. It honestly broke my heart to be treated like that—especially with a small child in tow. I immediately offered to pay for the food on the table, just to resolve the situation, which I did.
We had already had lunch upstairs and just came down for a quick treat. I returned the churros and said it was okay, we wouldn’t be eating them. But the staff member’s attitude lingered with me—I didn’t even feel like drinking my coffee. I left the place feeling humiliated and disappointed.
Customer service should be about empathy, especially when it involves a misunderstanding. But at San Churro, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Definitely won’t...
Read moreI visited the store specifically for my daughter today and received the worst hospitality. Got served with coffee instantly ( didn’t taste like cappuccino at all, was more of chocolate milk) and then crispy potatoes after 15 minutes so no sense of serving the food with drinks together. I had to go twice to the counter leaving my toddler and newborn at the table to remind them for churros and a little chocolate I ordered while other people around us got served straight away. Was disappointed as my daughter kept waiting and asking me. I had to take my kids from there and takeaway churros. They couldn’t even get my order right, I had to come back to replace a $2 chocolate frog they got wrong for my little girl, she was almost in tears.
With hospitality industry suffering due to short staff I do understand the wait, but there was no system, no staff understanding/coordination and the manager was unapologetic.
There was only one girl serving orders and was clearly struggling.
People come to your place not just for food but for a nice experience too, but u guys certainly ruined that today for us, extremely...
