I'm from the UK, but I've been to Australia a few times, and we go to Riverlink a lot.
Underground parking is free, something which I've found common in malls in Australia - in the UK you always pay a fortune for parking.
There's a good variety of shops, ranging from supermarkets, fashion outlets, mobile phone shops, and jewellers.
The food court is good, one of the best I have found so far in the outer Brisbane area, and caters for several tastes. There is the usual Kfc and McDonald's, but also some very nice streetfood style outlets. I nearly always go to the Japanese one and have katsudon, and they do it very well. However sometimes I will go to the Cantonese place next to them, where you can choose from a mix of different dishes on different sized plates depending on your budget or appetite. The honey chicken and beef with black bean are particularly good, as are the noodles and rice.
On one visit, I can't remember the name of the shop, but I spotted a very nice pair of Italian brogues (shoes) and decided I wanted them. My partner talked me out of it that day, as they were a bit exy, but a couple of days after, they had a sale on, with a good discount. Sold lol.
Gina's coffee is very good, and excellent friendly service.
There's a food outlet that does Japanese curry rice, but I wasn't so impressed. The curry was a bit watery.
Another coffee outlet (can't remember the name sorry but it's opposite Woolies) also does very good coffee. But why oh why is it so hard to order an expresso? Ok it's a short black, but then try to explain you'd like a double expresso. So two short blacks? No, two in one cup. Eh? How to confuse...
Read moreGreat shopping centre with lots of major stores including, Kmart, Target, Woolworth's, Coles, JB Hifi & heaps of retail stores inside main complex with other stores outside into the other indoor complex. There are plenty of places to have a bite to eat with cafe & restaurants & a major food court for that quick bite. Limelight cinema is on the other end of the second inside complex with great ticket prices & with all the latest movied. There is a variety of stores on the outside area of the shopping centre including Aldi, Officeworks, Pillow Talk & many others. There are services also available including, X-ray imaging, banks, gym ect. The centre offers complimentary wheelchair for those in need as well as mobility scooters but, it is always best to phone & book one ahead of day required. There's plenty of car parking undercover & outside & there are both lifts & travelators to enter from downstairs areas. I would of given 5 stars but the amenities are at either end of the complexes & are quite a fair distance apart. The disability toilet next to target isn't accessible by mobility scooter as the doorway is too narrow to manoeuvre into when on one's alone. It is best to go to the disability toilet opposite food court area if in need. It's still a narrow doorway but the hallway is much wider for turning. You may need to ask someone to open the door as the doors are inward opening & it's also very difficult to get out if you are on your own. The amenities are always clean as well as the car park area. There are plenty of seating throughout the centre if needed. I really like the variety of stores here & it's well...
