Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Kyle and the guys.
I supplied them a Brother MFC-J220 with brand new cartridges that was printing blank pages. They returned the printer to me with with depleted cartridges. When I rang them up to question this they told me that because they needed to perform power purges it consumed all of the ink. I spoke with Brother technical support and they said this could very well be the case, depending on how many purges they performed.
My issue is that this was not explained to me at all and if I knew that I would not only be paying for the cost of repair, but also a brand new set of expensive cartridges, I would have opted to simply buy a new printer.
I was also told that the repair would be completed the next day but it was not completed until the following week. Over promised and under delivered. Also, when I rang the next day to query the status of the printer, they had my printer down as belonging to John (not my name).
