After leaving several messages and all my contct details, thus not hearing back from the Bakers Delight Ipswich, I went to visit the store in person and lodge my complaint of being ignored and sold a bread product that was not fit for human consumption. I went and visited the bakery in person. Upon my arrival at the store I found and was confronted with a bakery business being run and managed by a group of school children. I returned the loaf of bread that was not fit for human consumption, only to be told that the " Baker Was Having A Bad Day " and they will contact you back eventually, after you leave a phone message, when they are not busy. whilst I was there, there talking to 1 school child regarding my dismay, there were 2 other school children just standing around doing nothing...

While I know and appreciate the quality the brand usually delivers, my recent purchase fell far short of the expected standard. I acquired a pack of 4 mini Cheesymite Scrolls that was, hilariously, marketed with the phrase "MINI IN SIZE & MAX IN TASTE."

The promised "MAX IN TASTE" was nowhere to be found. The flavour was nonexistent—it was as if the bakers had only whispered the words "cheese" and "Vegemite" over the dough from a safe distance.

Even worse, the texture was incredibly doughy and so seemed underbaked it felt more like a bread-themed stress ball than an actual baked item. This wasn't a quality product; it was a disappointment that failed the brand promise.

I popped in for a small purchase. The young lady who served me was very pleasant. I was particular regarding the item I wanted and preferred paper packaging rather than plastic.
