A month ago I played the pokies at CSI Ipswich. I was playing a faulty machine as it came up with a payout of $669. yet the Machine only paid out $226. I called the attendant she couldn't work it out and said the machine was faulty. She couldn't find the problem took my details and said the duty manager would contact me the next day. Well they didn't I had to contact them. I explained the situation and she said they could find no problem with the Machine. I asked to have the Manager call me. She never did, I had to call 2 weeks later. The problem was never sorted. This is the first time I had played since November 2019. Never again. Do not trust these people they are liars and can't be trusted. They just covered everything up. Thought I give CSI another chance. Went to gaming lounge last Wednesday ordered a drink and while the guy was getting it the girl said what is your name as I had left card in machine. I told her Buckley, she said Butler, I said no Buckley she said Buckle I said no Buckley you can't get my name right. The guy said that's it no more drinks for you. I had only had one drink. I'm sick of their millennial staff with their rude attitude. Will definitely never never be going back. Never again. So sick of the staffs attitude!!! I have just received a reply from CSI saying I was abusive. In no way was I abusive to their staff. This is what they do. And after I have told them I would never go there again they have just suspended me. Well bring it on CSI I never want to enter your premises again and I wont. So stick your suspension where it doesn't shine. I will make sure all my friends never go there again as well. Keep sticking up for your rude staff with attitude it wont get you anywhere. Nice club and good food, friendly atmosphere, tried the pork knuckle tonight and would be the worst I have ever had. No crackle, full of fat and not very warm, mash potato dire, as for the sauerkraut it not just cabbage cooked in water and vinegar, try a bit harder to create a better October experience.

Went for Mothers Day dinner the wife had the Chicken Mignon and was so overcooked and dry it was inedible and the brocolini was broccoli, don't think the chef knows the difference. 6 hours after eating she was sick as a dog. I had snapper and scallops, scallops were hot at least but the fish so overcooked and the skin so tough nearly needed a saw to cut through it. Sick of complaining at the club so next best thing is to stop eating there. We can't believe that no one else complains about what they are being fed. Anzac day I had the stockman platter and it was disgraceful, complained to Tash and she said I was the only person to complain. The pork ribs were cold, the lamb cutlet was warm and so overcooked like my mother used to serve up and the steak was like shoe leather. How does a chef turn great produce into an unpalatable mess. Today we had a terrible experience at your CSI . I had one of my great friends from US who could be a great investor in Australia. And I took him to your club as I thought your club could be the best polite and decent club in Ipswich. However, he used his vape accidentally once, and your deputy manager was very aggressive toward him and kicked him out without any simple politeness. He simply destroyed our lovely joyful night. Please investigate this. The first time he was very upset of Australia he never had that kind of experience before. The way your manager talked to him such as to an animal. he may raise this issue with the Australian Human Rights Commission. If anything thing wrong he could have managed very politely rather than aggressively kicked out. THIS IS FOR HIS ATTITUDE NOT FOR EXPLAINING THE RULE. This kind of aggressive people in your team may negatively affect your business in the future and you will be in trouble once he filed his petition with the human rights commission.
