Lovely lay out so not cramped. Decor is appropriate. However, while the staff were friendly, I didn’t think much of the food and drinks. Chicken crepe had been reheated in a microwave and not made fresh, maple cured bacon on sour dough with smashed avo, seeds and a poached egg was delivered as regular bacon with maple syrup drizzled all over the plate which then soaked into sour dough, not actual maple cured bacon. Sour dough, maple syrup and avo is not a good combo by the way. Poached egg was over cooked so not runny at all. Resembled a part of the male anatomy tbh. Ordered an iced coffee and iced chocolate. Neither was actually cold and we’re delivered being held against a staff members chest so I have tit sweat on my cup because she couldn’t use a tray or do two trips to the counter. Neither of the drinks had any flavour cause they weren’t mixed. So they just tasted like milk until you scraped the syrup from the inside of the cup and stirred it ourselves. To top all that off there was a dozen dead flies on the shelf behind the bench seat we had sat at. So not cleaned properly before opening. So disappointed. We have been going here regularly for the last 6-8months and always been happy with the service and quality of the food and drinks but after this morning's experience seriously considering whether to go back. I ordered as usual and asked for my seniors discount and presented my age pension card to be told that they do not accept that and will only accept a seniors card as per managers direction, I queried that as a pension card is normally accepted without Question and was asked if I wanted to see the manager to which I said yes please. The staff member then went and spoke to the manager and returned to say they would accept the card this time. When my food came it was not as I ordered and went back to the register to query this and was told oh sorry we only sell chips in a bowl not as a side.Always had them as a side before and they then said ok we can do that for an extra $4. Bottom line is if the management has changed then they need to seriously think about how customers will perceive them if they continue to instruct the staff this way and if I go back and encounter the same issues they...

Wasn't the greatest experience. No kids menu. Not great service to the table, they just served food in front of where my toddler sat, instead of bringing it around to us. And they served our food 10 mins before they brought over my daughter's almost burnt raisin toast. No smiles, nothing. My smashed avo with poached egg and haloumi wasn't good. The egg still had uncooked egg white. No seasoning on top, no garnish, nothing. Just a tiny piece of toast with some avo slogged on, feta, egg and 3 thin pieces of haloumi. Partners brekkie burger he said was ok, but he's had better. They only have one size for smoothies and milkshakes which is a bit odd. Had to get a takeaway coffee cup to give my daughter her milkshake.

Only good thing was the lady at the counter. She was lovely. She greeted us warmly, although she was busy smashing out coffees. And she promptly took our order and listened to my request of the small takeaway cup.

Overall was disappointed. And I was looking forward to trying this place because every review was very good or excellent. I...
