baskin robbins — Attraction in Leederville

Very very very disappointing. My husband and I are always order from Baskin Robbins, we love their ice cream and service. Today we decided to take our friends as they never tried before. I ordered the ultimate vertical sundae and my husband the classic sundae large and our cups are literally half empty. The scopes were too small and it wasn’t according to the size we have paid. As I mentioned, we are clients so we know the pattern and how it comes. I made a complain to the guy and he was very impolite saying that was the way it was supposed to be and didn’t sort it out anything. The way he talked to me was way too rude for a customer service. The other lady who was working there, also didn’t do anything to make it up. It is a shame to went through this situation because we do love Baskin Robbins and we take four friends with us to have such a good Sunday arvo. They were very upset with their treatment and probably won’t come back to Leerdeville location anymore. I did not know Baskin Robbins has 32nd flavour which is bitterness. Had a wonderful dinner at Sienna's and went BR for some ice cream. The lady in her blue shirts with glasses was unnecessary rude and not friendly. The other young girl in a pink shirts was very sweet and nice but the other lady kept telling her what to do and being bully. 'Cause I had the ice cream inside the shop, I witnessed few things and one couple who wanted to try some flavours just left unpleasantly as again the lady in the blue shirts was very short to them. Came in tonight to give the ice cream a try for the first time. I’m sorry to say it was very disappointing. The staff were friendly and gave me very good service. The store was clean. That’s why I gave them two stars. The ice cream however was very poorly made and was grainy. It had ice in the mixture from sitting there too long and the flavours were unnatural and overly sweet. I felt sick after eating it. The price was also a bit steep. Over $10 for two scoops. Will not be coming back and I will stick with Gusto Gelato...
