I will never come again!

The cashier in Diaso is very rude!!! I never meet such cashier in other retail shop!!!

When I asked if I can refund, the cashier Kim rudely say,I can't! Even no explain and told me I can change other thing within 30 days, she asked me to change at the same day!! I replied sorry I don't want any others today, she just stand there and say, can't refund to you!

later another cashier Jessica come, Kim only said I told her can't refund without any explanation to her colleagues!

This Daiso branch at Chadstone doesn’t do refunds even for items bought only a day before (unused and with receipts)! Their returns policy states that they do refunds but cashier was saying that was only possible on their terms. Cashier was rude af about this too when I asked her to explain their returns policy. She told me to read it further and I said I did.

Worst ever customer service. Disrespectful staff, I went to buy a hanging mirror it was clearly marked as $4.20 which I was happy to pay but when I got to the register it scanned at $6. the manager came and advised that the system shows $6 and she can’t do anything about it. I told her by law I should pay the marked/advertised price. Otherwise I’ll complain at to ACCC, she said there was no way to override the system and I was “welcome to lodge a complaint”. I was Very disappointed as the store is known to have “most items for $3.30” and this was almost double. Be careful when shopping at Daiso, false pricing and false...
