Signage at Flinders St station said the train to Yarraville was leaving from platform 10. So I went to platform 10 and walked to the Elizabeth St end of the platform. And then there's an announcement at 6:45pm saying this train was now leaving from Platform 9, so all the waiting passengers had to run to catch it from the new platform.
Seriously, how about putting customers first and at the heart. A suggestion (which shouldn't need someone to think of unless you all are morons at Metro trains), drive the train forward so you do pick up from platform 10.
This happens ALL the time - nope not a one off - just shows Flinders St station operations don't think or care...
