LUXM DOCKLANDS — Attraction in Melbourne

I chose the salon and hairdresser based on the good reviews I saw online. As much as I want to leave a good review, I want to be completely honest about my own experience.

First, I arrived on time, however, my appointment was late by 15-20 to minutes (which was fine with me). Second, the hairdresser left me lying down on the basin with my hair wet with shampoo to serve a walk in customer. Third, the hairdresser was alternating 4-5 times between another client in the midst of cutting my hair which I had to wait 5-10 minutes each time. lastly, my hair was unevenly cut, had I was shown the back of my head I would noticed and asked him to fix it.
