Unfortunately, the group did not have a very pleasant experience on 9/2/25. The first two members of our group arrived shortly before us and got in before the rush, and their meals looked amazing. We arrived and were told we had a 40 min wait. We did not mind the wait at all. Unfortunately, when our meals arrived (5), we were totally disappointed. Even though we provided our table numbers as did others, the meals were constantly placed on other tables before anyone in the restaurant actually received their own. No table received their meals together. It would be one or two from each table at a time. There was no communication between wait staff or the customer. If you spoke to them, they would look at you without speaking and just walk away and eventually come back. Most meals only received half a piece of toast or a very poor substitute. We totally understand that they were not prepared for extra patrons after an event in the area, but there was no communication from staff or explanation. I ordered an omelette with feta, spinach, and mushrooms. I have never sent a meal back in my life until this say. My omelette resembled a fried egg in some distorted way without the extras I ordered. The second one came out and did resemble an omelette in a fashion. It did have the extras I ordered. However, when I bit into it, it was full of salt and uneatable. Another member of our group also had an omelette and could not eat it due to the amount of salt and only just resembled an omelette. Another could not eat her chicken burger as it was dry and could not be chewed. It stated it came with sauce. However, you had to remove the bun to try and see it. We feel we did see a slight scraping of sauce. Another member received her eggs and bacon after it had done its rounds and placed on several tables before reaching our table. Another member received her eggs benedict on an extra small substitute for the bread it was advertised with with no communication. The coffee was good, that's a positive we feel. This experience has turned me off going to ANY coffee club...

kinda forgot to make this review but i feel it needs to be heard. i won’t really talk about the food and coffee, as a lot of others have said the food and drinks are bad which i totally agree with. but what i was most concerned about was how the indian manager treated the one staff member that was on that day. me and my friend had to sit where we were so uncomfortably while we watched this poor blonde haired girl get abused in front of us. she was getting yelled at to go here go there but in such an arrogant and condescending was like she was a child. and when she would rush to go do one thing, the manager would yell louder for her to do something else asap. it was so degrading and i felt so bad. she kept a smile on her face but you could tell she was very scared of her manager which is not ok. i didnt confront anyone, which i regret cos ik this is a regular occurrence and i come past every thursday and friday and see this happen often. but the management here is absolutely absurd and they need to know that we see how they treat their staff and a lot of people are absolutely...

We had an unfortunate incident that ruined our entire experience and left us just wanting to leave. We dined in, ordered through the app as we were encouraged to do. We ordered 2 big brekkies, pancakes and drinks. The food came out very quickly but only two meals. Thinking the last one was coming we started eating. Eventually we went and asked where the meal was politely and was rudely told we had only ordered two and had an order to prove it thrust in my face. We then showed our order where it clearly said we had ordered and paid for three meals. We were met with tone and arguments that their system showed two, despite clear proof of a bank transaction and a receipt of three meals. The waitress then went to speak to someone higher and came back and again demanded to see the receipt. Eventually they gave us the meal but it left us feeling like we were being accused of lying even though the glitch in their system was not our fault. We ate as fast as we could and left due to feeling so uncomfortable. I recommend going...
