I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel like with the cost of living going up there are a lot of places scamming customers. I ordered the wagyu beef pho and a fried chicken bao bun from here. Right away the meat just didn’t look smell or taste right. That was not wagyu, I’ve had better beef pho from a food court. I feel they use the cheapest meats they can find and they really shouldn’t be charging for premium beef. I pulled all of it out of my soup and ate the broth and noodles. Soup also turned up with a grey meatball in it which I didn’t understand. Mint was half dead. As for the bao bun the chicken looked like an off cut that really belonged in a McDonald’s chicken nugget. It was white and grey and hard hard bits of Cartilage and also fat! It was as though they bought the worst cheapest cuts of meat from the market. They also said they would put Siracusa mayo in it and there was none. Won’t go back here. I don’t mind paying for good food but this was just a waste of everyone’s time and money. Service staff didn’t speak English hard to ask for a refund or communicate anything

I have lived in Springvale all my life. I eat Authentic Asian food almost everyday. To say this food is not only disappointing and unauthentic is an understand. Asian food is know for their flavours yet it felt it had been cooked by someone with no understand about Vietnamese cuisine. Terrible terrible food, I didn't even finish eating and I was starving from not eating for over 16hours. Also when you pay $6.80 for a coffee you expect it to be full. I ate in and got given a take away coffee cup with Vietnamese coffee a bit over half full and then ice added. What a joke. Never again. Over priced and terrible taste. If you are Asian you will definitely be disappointed by the flavours. $22.90 plus 15% surcharge 🤣. I have just been robbed in broad daylight.

Authentic Vietnamese food done by Vietnamese. Servers were really nice and accomodating (I was probably the last customer for the day) and he was happy to serve me. Ordered chicken pho and fresh spring roll and sat outside. There are heaters in the outdoor seating so it’s not cold at all, and great atmosphere. Even tho he already cleaned up the place but he was still nice to bring me all the cutlery and sauces I needed. When I left my table went into the shop to take serviettes he quickly ran to my table to make sure no birds fly over for my food. 🥹🥹🥹 so touched that he was so protective of my food. Thank you team for such amazing service and sincere care for your customers 💗💗 will defo be back again to try other dishes!

2.5 ⭐️ but more of a 3 than 2.

District Docklands always have a lack of food choices and especially now that a few eateries has closed down. We decided rather than go Yum Cha to try Oldman Pho and much to our surprise, we were pleasantly surprised. Look, it wasn’t amazing, but our expectations were so low to begin with!

We ordered a chicken vermicelli salad and a serve of mixed spring roll. It obviously doesn’t compare to viet in footscray, springvale, Richmond, but compared to Roll’d, they are pretty much on par. The spring roll tasted fairly good, and you do get the lettuce to wrap it with and fish sauce to dip, however I found their fish sauce watered down. Stingey.

Chicken vermicelli salad was ok, the chicken was tender and flavourful however the lack of herbs and cold noodles (I am expecting a warm vermicelli noodle salad) plus the stingey watered-down fish sauce was enough to put this place down to a 2.5 ⭐️.

The service was quick though and food came pretty quickly, which is always good when you have whingey kids. They also have one (and only one) high...

Unfortunately not very good customer service. We ordered food around 9pm approx $80. When we wanted to use inside tables we were told NoNo go out. Later when the food was served out side we were with children as well after 15 minutes the rude girl comes back have you finished. I had to tell you can’t hurry us. Her reply eat soon we have to wash and close. It was very upsetting and unpleasant. We are quickly and she cane to collect the dishes she was very rude and in a hurry. I’m we were so disappointed spending so much money and to be treated like this. I will respect if we were told at the time of ordering the food. Even the food we ordered was not what we got. The dishes were different. To be treated like this in Melbourne is not the best experience. The food...
