This is a discount shopping outlet along the lines of DFO, but smaller. It's above the Spencer St bus station and car parking, adjacent to Southern Cross station, accessible by stairs, escalator and lift. Not sure what's going on with the building but it's a massive warehouse style structure with very high ceilings with individual shops inside lining two 'avenues'. As I was on a time crunch I paid the fee as they assured I can get a refund if I call the help line. What a joke. It’s been almost a year and they either keep dodging my calls, referring me to other people or stated that “it’s being looked after”. I contacted ACCC and they said the same thing, “could not contact the company”. I know it’s only $26 but it’s the principle. Overall...
