Convenient CBD location: Directly connected to Southern Cross Station and served by multiple tram routes, making it super accessible whether you’re commuting or visiting. Range of stores: Over 110 outlets featuring fashion. Managed to find some quality men’s winter jackets! 🧥 Dining options include a food court serving the usual casual dining options, pizzas, sushi, sandwiches, muffins, Chinese, and assorted cafes. . 👍 What’s Good Ease of access! Good for bargain-hunters: Discount retailers offer solid deals on fashion items 🧣👚🧢

Once you get this Melbourne Local Guide Magazine in the public library, cafe, restaurant or hotel display books in the public area. You just grab this magazine booklet and then turn the last page which you will see at the end of the page cover about Free Shopping Tote. You can definitely get a free gift bag in the Spencer Outlet Mall of the Centre Management office before the end of 30 November 2023 !!! You will also receive chocolate gifts too ! Anyone welcome for visitor or tourist 😁

This is a discount shopping outlet along the lines of DFO, but smaller. It's above the Spencer St bus station and car parking, adjacent to Southern Cross station, accessible by stairs, escalator and lift. Not sure what's going on with the building but it's a massive warehouse style structure with very high ceilings with individual shops inside lining two 'avenues'. The atmosphere is pretty ordinary however there are some good shops and plenty of bargains to be had. There are some big name stores such as Chemist warehouse, Cotton On and Harris Scarfe and lots of smaller shops. Unsurprisingly there are plenty of clothing stores ranging from cheap and cheerful to more upmarket. I've bought some things there that I will hold onto and wear for years. There are plenty of other assorted stores including kitchenware (where there are always serious bargains to be had), books, luggage and so on. There's also a food court with plenty of decent eating places. All in all if you're after some good shopping/eating but don't care about atmosphere then I can...

Beware of the parking fee scam! I picked up a rental car from the centre which is attached to the centre and the parking people prevented me from leaving unless I paid $26 in parking fees. They stated that unless I have a “pass” stating the car is from the rental company I had to pay the fee. I told them I wasn’t given a pass and I confirmed with the rental company they don’t provide such passes and that the number plates are registered with the centre. As I was on a time crunch I paid the fee as they assured I can get a refund if I call the help line. What a joke. It’s been almost a year and they either keep dodging my calls, referring me to other people or stated that “it’s being looked after”. I contacted ACCC and they said the same thing, “could not contact the company”. I know it’s only $26 but it’s the principle. Overall...

Yesterday we came to spend time and money in your premises prior attending the pick concert . And CHOSE your establishment to have a meal as the variable food shops catered for all our dietary needs

Imagine to our dismay that the escalators were not operating after 5:30 all come to a HOLT The external doors locked from the shopping area with external chains

Having someone with a physical disability and trying to get out ? Security no where to be seen No staff to ask We managed as a family to get this person down the FROZEN snow working escalators AFTER waiting for the small lift to arrive ?? Does that stop working also after 5:30 Thus causing this person extreme pain from having to do this NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Very poor form with no thought for people...
