We currently stayed at the discovery parks braybrook....I didnt have 1 complaint... we stayed there for a total of approx 4 to 5weeks bar 5days due to no vacancys for the 4days they were booked out as its the cleanest park ive been to,let alone most hotels...they have constructed a complete new design where it is looking not like a caravan park but cross - motel the you have an amazing friendly n comferting stay being 1 day or 1year you feal like u have known the staff for with how friendly they are and if your in need of any type of help being needing something or even help in general everyone tris to accomidate in anyway. I stayed there for the past 5wks whilst waiting for my house and was even continplating bout going back here and there for camping experiences and time away as i loved it.. my kids were safe there's camera's everywhere aswell as security all round the park so i felt safe leaving them at the park orgiong there or to many of the other amenities though the property you are given no matter what 1 being if it was to the park the family bbq areas situated around the park,the large communal kitchen or large communal lounge with a large screen n couches so you can have a freindly dinner and enjoy the company around or invited or can stay in your cabin n enjoy ur stay and cook a good home cooked meal not just take away or dining/townhouse/lodge or R.V tent or caravan ect.. there's also a recriation room with a ping pong table and pinball machine and more 4 more entertainment,a laundry room with washers and dryers aswell as a clothes line area, theres also a van that cooks the best home made fried rice aswell as the hokian noodles amd quick stop chips nuggets n more so convenient and then they also have a communal toilet and shower aswell as a toilet block wich is cleaner on its own better than majority motels. But mainly tgeres a pool spa and sauner. Wich was amazing. So in all safety wise stay wise and treatment wise 10/10 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and would reccomend to all my friends and family aswell as great for all single, couples, and families of all size aswell as camps and otger activities highly.. loved it guys thanking you heaps and see you soon... jenzlo, jayse and tge kids xoxoox love to all...
Read moreI would give minus stars if i could. I've had a few unpleasant experiences at this store, particularly involving some of the older staff (women) members at the front desk. On more than one occasion, I’ve witnessed behavior that comes across as rude and even racist and discriminatory, especially toward customers with darker skin.
For example, during a recent visit, I received a notification that my online order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was made to wait for 15–20 minutes with no explanation. When I politely inquired about the delay, the older staff member responded dismissively, saying, "It will be ready when it's ready." She then ignored me and made no effort to check the status of my order.
When I asked why I received a message saying the order was ready, her response was, "I don't know, how would I know? Be patient." I explained that I had already been waiting patiently, and then she sarcastically asked, "Are you a driver?"—which felt like a racial stereotype, as I’m of Indian look. It was insulting and completely uncalled for.
I then asked to speak with the store manager, and she claimed there was none, introducing herself as the supervisor. If this is the standard of behavior from a supervisor, it's concerning. Then later she told me my name wasn’t even in the system but in the order picker one other staff member show me my name in there. only for someone else to eventually bring my order out—saying that no one had notified them I had arrived, despite me checking in through the proper link I received by text. I believe, If that link ddidn't work that "supervisor"s responsibility to check that and contact the picking staff and she did nothing. So I suggest if these older women are too old, unhappy and don't want to assistant with the customers just go get retired.

Read moreService desk staff are incredibly rude and have no basic customer service skills. Ask for a refund due to a mistake made not by you (the customer) be prepared to cop a lecture about what you (the customer) should have done differently to avoid the mistake. Need to be out with the old, and hire new friendly staff who are willing to help and provide a decent level of customer service on the front desk. I own my own business, and would not hire any single one of the older women who work on that service desk. They all seem to have a look of disgust when you ask them for assistance, as if it's a huge inconvenience for them. In fact most employees in the store seem to have this attitude, as if they loathe and detest their jobs. This usually comes from store management. I sincerely hope Woolworths head office read this review and send a representative to the store, to fix these issues, because I will never be shopping there again after today.
