Everything you need to make good authentic Mexican and Spanish foods. It has probably the best selection I have seen anywhere.
This place along with Rosa's Spanish Flavours in Malaga is all you'll ever need to get the best of everything.
My paella and other Spanish/Mexican dishes have now been taken to a whole new level.
A marketing idea for the owner:- May I suggest that you consider to include the words - Mexican & Spanish in your name or business description and then I'm more than certain you will show up far more frequently in Google and other searches. (Latino is not a word that I'd normally connect when doing food searches)
It took quite a while for me to find/discover you and because I live so far away in Bicton, Coventry markets is not exactly an area that I visit frequently.
The Spice Wagon is cute but doesn't really tell me or anyone about your speciality products.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed the visit to your shop this week and I will come again...

Come here often for spices and I've also bought the ruby reapers Carolina reaper hot sauce which was magnificently exquisite and just suitable for my spice level although I would prefer spicier but it's really spicy as I have my English partner a try (She started choking 🥹 Sorry K). The variety of spices is just phenomenal, all being extracted to be their highest quality from having simple stuff like a lil kosher to having sumac to lemon myrtle. I'm a home cook and although I've dug deep into a whole lot of different cultures too cook from, I can always rely on coming to spice wagon to pick up my spices....

This shop is excellent for the hard to get spices such as annatto etc... However, I have just bought Smoky Paprika from a South Asian Shop (Indian Bazar) in the same Coventry Village. The price difference is enormous! Spice Wagon is $59.50k compared to Indian Bazar at $35k.
The basic herbs and spices in this shop are way over priced. Another example is whole peppercorns: Spice Wagon at $69.50k compared to Indian Bazar at $45k. In fact I would say any Asian shop, or even the big stores such as Coles and Woolworths would be cheaper...
