Well a little disappointed... Went to LIVE ps loved tge show but we also paid for VIP tickets nearly 400 per ticket for my partner and i... arrived tge earliest time but still were left without seats and made to sit way nack from it all... had canopies but only came around to us 3 time sp only had 2 mini sides quiches ans a mini meat ball... they didn't sell spirits but did down om tbe grass.... Apparently VIP merchandise access but was the same access as every one else... they had better food for the general admission then the VIP... free wine and beer but the beer was dreadful.... None of the staff new anything to any questions asked... The only goid thing was tge toilets and the tiny bit of undercover... mind you the artist looked like ants from where we were... we ended up going way down to the stage just to see them... i recommend not pay 200 more for tickets as you defs dont get your...

Beautiful venue with terrible Roche Estate organisation! Went to Wine Machine 2019 last night. Had to wait 45 minutes for a drink at the VIP bar. Twice the wait at Non-VIP bar. All bars were cashless with a surcharge but was not communicated while you were waiting in line. Absolutely no Safety Management Plan during the thunderstorm! People were sent into the torrential rain and lightning. VIP and others were not allowed in the VIP area to seek shelter whilst other VIPs were sheltering there! We didn't even get to see the Main Act! People were running frantically to get to their buses which were not properly signed, had to ask 15 buses before finding our one! Went for the SummerSalt music festival. Getting in was great from an accessibility standpoint; they really took care of me and helped me get in. There was very little support once you were in the event (although the bathroom situation was very good), and getting out was almost impossible because they closed off the disabled parking so our driver couldn't get in to pick us up and we had to walk 500m to get to the nearest place they could. Absolutely awful experience and from what I heard from all the staff and police working the event, this is a regular occurrence with the excuse of "people are using fake permits".
